Clean and nice

The apt was very clean! You can see that the building is new, the condition of the shower, closet, etc are really good. The beds are really comfortable, the second room was perfect for the kids but I would not recoomend it for adults. We had enough place for 2+2 people.

Unfortunately the parking place is narrow, I have no idea how can you park there with bigger cars (SUV, combi...). Even if you reserve a place before, it is not sure that you get a place, be prepared. The shower cannot be closed perfectly. It is just setting, Agenzia Cocal, please check it. The same for the room doors: cannot be closed smoothly, please check. The apt is empty, you have to take care of toilet paper, dishwasher tablet etc. It is not a big issue, but better have the information before your trip, so you do not have to spend time there with shopping; and bringing a few items instead of buying big packages in Italy.

Modern Apartment, Good Size, everything new, comfortable beds, parking under the building, close to beach and city center, even a tiny of view of the ocean

Apartment is quite bare (no pictures, no decoration), balcony while big was quite narrow and there were only 2 chairs and no table

This is nice, clean and modern apartment, great for a family.

We were 2 adults and 2 kids. The apartment with the bunk bed is great for a family set up. The location is excellent. Great restaurants around. Nice and tidy modern apartment. We really enjoyed it. Thanks

- There wi-fi password was not displayed so we had to call for it. - But the Internet was not working anyway. - Will appreciate the basics like dishwashing liquid and tablet tablets for the dishwasher, soap etc. (but all easy to buy in the shops). - Not enough parking for the number of apartments. - Please fix the elevator, the doors were sometimes not closing ;)

Loved Caorle

Lovely location on a quiet side street very close to the beach and the old quarter. New spacious and modern apartment. Huge balcony. Comfortable bed.

Not very clean. The bedcover was very grubby. No basic cleaning materials in the apartment to keep it clean during our stay. Some dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid would have been helpful. The internet worked on our arrival but then would not connect on any of our devices- reported to the agent s. The aircon in the lounge area worked intermittently. The bedroom aircon was fine. No shower shelf so had to put all washing containers on the floor. No hairdryer. No shower mat when exiting the shower.

When we booked the holiday it was including one parking space, but we didn't get any. We had to park on public car parks.

Extra charge for the apartment that wasn’t listed by booking. Ni knifes, spuns, blankets or shampoo and soap. Microwave didn’t have a plate to put food on. Lazy cleaning. Apartment is in a great location, but extra cost was over 50e which puts this apartment into overpaying one

Kevés a lerakóhely az apartmannban. Az előszobában nincsenek fogasok, mindent a kanapéra és a székekre kell pakolni. Nincs tükör, csak a fürdőben. Parkolóhely nem volt, csak pár nap múlva.

Втомлений ремонт. Погане прибирання. Вцілому відпочинок був гарним, але засмутило кілька речей. Перше - під час бронювання у вартості зазначалося що "включаючи всі податки та збори", але по прибуттю з нас взяли ще 15 євро туристичного збору. Друге - прибирання в номері було шахливим. Номер що на першому поверсі мав брудні плями на білих поверхнях всюди. Втім ми легко прибрали номер самостійно. Посуд мав засохші рештки їжї. Третье - паркінг не входить у вартість. Будьте уважні, його треба бронювати додатково.

Direkt gegenüber ein Riesen Sendemast , der die ganze Zeit brummte , kein Föhn, kein Fernseher obwohl Anschluss im zweiten Raum , nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier , überall schwarze Haare , keine Kaffemaschine, kein Spiegel außer dem im Bad, keine Garderobe obwohl genug Platz , Parkplatz super eng .. wir kamen kaum rein und mussten erst die müllkübel wegräumen um überhaupt eine Chance verstehen zu haben ! Auf dem Balkon grelles Neonlicht im ganzen Haus was sich nicht anschalten ließ .. grausig zum draußen sitzen ..1450 Euro für 5 Tage im August ! Nie wieder

Minden tökéletes volt, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!!!

Minden tökéletes volt. Az apartman közel volt a tengerhez és az óvároshoz is. Felszereltsége is páratlan volt, mindent megtaláltunk, amire szükségünk volt, konyhai eszközök, seprű, mosógép, kávéfőző, vízforraló. Talán egy felmosó jól jött volna még, de ezenkívül semmit nem hiányoltunk. Nagyon jó, hogy van parkoló az apartmanhoz, mert nehéz lett volna parkolót találni. Az első nap még nem volt szabad parkolóhely, de az irodában, ahol a kulcsot kellett átvenni nagyon rugalmasak voltak és megoldották ezt a helyzetet is. Összeségében minden olyan volt, mint a képeken. Szuper apartman, csak ajánlani tudom, ha legközelebb Caorleba utazunk, biztosan újra ezt az apartmant választjuk.

Nem volt ilyen.

Помешкання просторе, чисте, великий балкон. Зручні спальні місця. На кухні достатньо посуду, є чайник, невеличкий холодильник, посудомийна мишина, мікрохвильова піч та пральна машина. Зручне розташування, до пляжу 250 метрів, до центру теж всього декілька хвилин йти. Парковка безпосередньо під помешканням, дуже зручно!

Трохи вузькі паркомісця, великою машиною треба постаратися припаркуватися.

Ottima posizione e super confortevole

L'appartamento è a due passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia. Ben insonorizzato e termoisolato, abbiamo acceso il climatizzatore solo un paio di volte nonostante le torride giornate. Spazi ben vivibili, dotato di tutto il necessario.

Una delle porte del box doccia era mancante, presumo rotta, quindi ogni volta per fare una doccia si allagava il bagno. Il parcheggio a pagamento.

Consiglio vivamente

L'appartamento è pulito, accogliente e a pochi metri sia dal mare (4 minuti a piedi) che dalla piazza centrale di Caorle ( 5 minuti a piedi) .. Il parcheggio privato è un'ottima risorsa anche se a pagamento anche perché trovare un parcheggio libero gratuito è impossibile.. Mi è stato anticipato il check in anticipato al mattino su richiesta anche se non mi era di diritto...

Waren im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden!

Super ruhige Lage, Strand war nur paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Supermarkt und Restaurants auch alles in der Nähe. Schöne Unterkunft mit einem sehr großen Balkon.

Boden war leider nicht sehr sauber. Lagen viele Brösel und Haare noch unter dem Essenstisch. Es gibt leider auch keinen Staubsauger, nur einen Besen. Parkplatz war ziemlich eng. Für den Check-In und Check-Out musste man noch extra wo anders hin fahren für die Schlüssel.

ubytovanie je velmi blizko pláže a centra mesta v tichej ulicke, vhodne pre rodiny 2+2 moznost prihlasit sa na netflix, vybavenie kuchyne( sporak, mikrovlnka, umyvacka riadu, vybavenie na varenie) práčku hodnotim za top pomocnika pre udrzanie cistoty v apartmane. odporucam si priniest prasok, tablety do umyvacky, sacky do kosa.zakladny uvitaci balicek potesil(hubka na riad, prostriedok na umytie riadu rucne, handricka a nieco ako utierka) a hodnotim skvele. k dispo aj susiak na pradlo a par stipcov.

potrpim si na cistotu, mali sme sice na prvypohlad vsetko ciste, ale boli urcite detaily, kde to nebolo na 100%, nic vsak co by mi extremne vadilo. vecer bolo citit vlhkost v kupelni, to je ale prostredim.

Die Wohnung ist noch relativ neu. Parkmöglichkeit, ist zwar eng aber machbar. Wohnungsausstattung…es war alles da. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Strand ist 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Betten waren ziemlich hart. Stockbett war sehr unbequem für unsere Tochter (18 Jahre), eher für kleinere Kinder.

Tolle zentrale Unterkunft mit kleinen Beanstandungen

Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und sauber. Es liegt zentral zur Altstadt und zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert unkompliziert. Ausstattung ist ausreichend mit ein paar kleinen Lücken.

Es wäre schön, wenn es mehr Spültabs für den Geschirrspüler und Waschpulver / Pods für die Waschmaschine gäbe oder zumindest die Gelegenheit diese in kleinen Mengen bei der Hausverwaltung oder meinetwegen auch über einen Automaten zu erwerben. Leider fehlen in der Küche auch vernünftige Geschirrtücher. Die Parkplätze sind für große Autos sehr eng.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis echt Super. Sehr großes Appartement, wir waren zu viert und hatten ausreichend Platz! Auch die Küche war super ausgestattet.

Hatten den ersten Tag kein warmes Wasser zum duschen - aber Personal war sehr bemüht, es so rasch wie möglich wieder reparieren zu lassen.

Sehr schönes kleines Appartement. Alles ist noch relativ neu und noch nicht sehr abgewohnt.

Der Wasserablauf im Waschbecken des Badezimmers sollte gereinigt werden, das Wasser läuft sehr langsam ab. Für Tage an denen Schlechtwetter herrscht, wäre SAT-TV angenehm.
