All you need for a short or long family stay on Split

Fully equipped apartment with everything you might need for a shorter or longer stay. Very central and close to anything you might need! We love the jacuzzi.

Excellent.

Fantastic apartment in Split! Great location, just a short walk to the old town. The place has everything you need, and the owner’s communication was excellent — very supportive with all our needs. We especially loved the jacuzzi and the beautiful garden with hanging kiwi fruits. Highly recommend.

Nice apartment in great location.

Great location, nice terrace with whirlpool, very good breakfast in a hotel nearby. Garage close by and safe. Very nice host. Main bed was on the softer side. The apartment was very well equipped. Would book again.

The sofa bed was a little too hard. This only matters if you are staying with more than two people.

We had a great stay and would definitely reccomend.

We had the top apartment which was lovely and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, utensils etc. Roof terrace was a nice space and the hot tub was a great addition. Host was helpful with check in/out and recommending who to book trips with. Location is good, really close to the town centre (5 minute walk).

When entering the property we had to go up a very steep metal staircase, which was okay for us, but was tricky to carry 2 large suitcases up to the top floor. The bulb had gone in the top light too, so we had to use phone torches as it was steep and dark. The stairs also go through the terraces of the other apartments, but this couldn’t really be avoided. A screen did seperate the stairs from the hot tub areas which helped, but it was just a bit awkward for a second when people were in their hot tubs etc.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, very central and close to everything. The host was friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had all the essentials. We would definitely stay here again!

Disappointing stay—apartment didn’t match the photos and communication was poor.

Absolutely nothing

Read this before booking – 3 things you need to know: 1. The apartment is nothing like the photos. What you see online is very misleading. The space looked run-down in person, and oddly, the kitchen was covered in local football club stickers—not something you’d expect in a rental property. 2. Communication with the host was poor. While he was polite, we had to chase him several times just to get basic information. He promised to send the check-in details in advance, but we never received anything, which made finding the apartment frustrating. 3. It’s not a quiet space, despite our request. We specifically asked for a quiet room because we all work remotely and have daily meetings. Unfortunately, the walls were so thin that one of my colleagues heard other guests having very loud sex—so loud that the person on his call heard it too. P.S. Why trust this review? Because my family has owned and managed 5 apartments in Croatia for over 20 years. We know what a good guest experience should look like—and this wasn’t it.

Great stay

Everything was very good. Apartment was very clean. Very polite staff, flexible check-in and check-out. Easy communication with the host. You got everything needed in the apartment also a washing machine. Location is perfect, directly in the city center. Also the jacuzzi was a very good addition to the whole stay.

Perfect place to stay

The apartment is ideally situated to enjoy the old town as well as Bacvice beach & nightlife. The accommodation is a really good size, was clean and well furnished. The hot tub in the terrace was a real bonus. The aircon was definitely needed by night

Non si può gestire una struttura se non si è presenti.

L'appartamento è vicinissimo al centro, quindi la posizione è molto comoda. C'è anche la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto in un posto auto privato dentro un garage coperto ad una distanza accettabile dall'appartamento. La colazione che, come sapevamo, non è compresa nel prezzo, viene proposta in una struttura esterna rispetto all'appartamento. Siccome dietro l'angolo c'è un supermercato e l'appartamento è dotato di cucina, la abbiamo preparata in autonomia. Ci è sembrato assi più comodo ed economico. L'appartamento ha dimensioni inferiori a quanto descritto da Booking, ma ci siamo tranquillamente adattati.

L'host gestisce da lontano. Non è presente. Quindi abbiamo avuto difficoltà e perso circa due ore prima di riuscire ad entrare. Il numero civico non è sulla via in quanto gli appartamenti hanno l'entrata in un vicolo e non si trovano facilmente. Ci è stato detto che potevamo aprire in un modo, ma non riuscivamo, invece poi ci è stato detto che la chiave era dentro il vaso di una pianta, ma non era vero, infine tramite booking ci è stato indicato il terzo modo per venire in possesso della chiave. Per la posizione del garage ci sono state inviate delle foto... Le foto di Booking mostrano un idromassaggio che al nostro piano (primo) era chiuso; la pulizia del cosiddetto patio lascia a desiderare, diciamo che non c'è particolare cura, d'altronde se non si è presenti... Avevamo scelto questa struttura per la possibilità di avere in dotazione delle biciclette, ma di queste nemmeno l'ombra e, comunque, per il motivo sopra detto, non avremmo saputo chi chiedere. Insomma l'accoglienza ci sembra fondamentale e quella manca.

Bardzo dobrze wyposazony apartament - robiony pod male mieszkanie. Wszystko jest zapewnione pod gotowanie i pranie ubran. Lokalizacja jest fantastyczna, wszedzie bylo wzglednie blisko. Bylo dostepne jacuzzi. W okolicy apartamentu bylo bardzo cicho i spokojnie, na bardzo duzy plus

Jacuzzi mialo dosc ograniczona temperature, bo tylko max 36 st C. Babelki dzialaly bardzo slabo i dodatkowo urzadzenie generowalo dosc sporo halasu, wiec nie uzywalismy babelkow. Patelnia ze specjalna powloka byla porysowana, a noze byly bardzo tepe - ciezko bylo cos pokroic. Biale sciany i biale swiatla doprowadzaja do szalu.

Praktycznie NIC. To miejsce do spania nadaje się "awaryjnie" na jedną noc. Nie planujcie tu pobytu.

"Właściciel" przysłał maila z instrukcjami "co, gdzie,jak" 80 minut po "standardowym czasie zameldowania" w trakcie jak prowadziłem samochód. Niepoważne traktowanie klientów [a może tylko Polaków?]. Odebranie kluczy, parkowanie samochodu 3 ulice dalej, śniadanie w Hotelu 5 ulic dalej. To jakiś Escape Room? Zapachy pomieszczeń "zasłonięte" woreczkami z lawendą, NIE DLA ALERGIKÓW. Jacuzzi ogrodowe zamknięte nie do użytku bez "właściciela". Wentylacja nie czyszczona od lat. Dodatkowo błędnie podana lokalizacja GPS na booking.com.

Très bon séjour au sein du logement.

Localisation parfaite, possible de tout faire à pied. Place de parking dans un souterrain. Logement très propre et équipé.

Accès à l’appartement par un escalier très pentu voir dangereux. Manque d’un micro-ondes dans l’appartement et Clim assez bruyante.

kleines, nettes Appartement unweit der Altstadt von Split.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist in wenigen Gehminuten in der Altstadt und in knapp 10 Minuten am Busbahnhof, von wo aus man mit dem Bus super die Umgebung von Split erreichen kann. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe. An Ausstattung war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Unsere Terasse war sehr gut vor Sonne geschützt, so daß wir uns immer auf der Terasse aufhalten konnten und auch dort aßen.

Das Appartement hätte etwas sauberer sein können, vor allem die Küchenzeile, das Bad sowie die Terasse.

Lindo apartamento a un paso del centro de la ciudad

Ubicación excelente, cerca del centro de la ciudad, la cocina tenía todo lo necesario, la limpieza, por supuesto el jacuzzi y la amabilidad del anfitrión!

Fue un poco incómodo que el parqueo estuviera a distancia del apartamento, pero caminando eran como tres minutos, aunque entendemos el problema del parqueo en esa zona tan céntrica.

L’emplacement est idéal, l’appartement est grand, propre et super bien équipé!

L’appartement était propre, très bien équipé et il correspondait parfaitement aux photos

Il manque un grand miroir, il n’y a qu’un seul miroir dans la salle de bain, c’est dommage. La Clim même réglée sur 18 degrés n’était pas vraiment froide, en juin ça va mais je pense qu’en plein été c’est difficile.
