Apartment Kimmy

Very cozy apartment at two minutes walking distance from city center and Diocletian palace, Ivana one of the most lovely host I've ever meet (wine, beer, juice and chocolates were waiting for us and she also bought more "tupperwares" just for me 🥺) and she also speaks perfect italian. Tiny kitchen but fully equipped, A/C very performant also in sleep mode, place very calm in internal court without direct access to the street. Totally recommended

Tiny bathroom but not impracticable

Me and my friend can’t be more happy whit our stay in split. Kimmy was super nice and welcoming. It was a 10 min walk to the “city” and 20 min to the water. And Kimmy has outstanding air conditioning 😉

The kitchen could me more equipment. ☺️

The apartment is located just 3-5 minutes from the city centre. Air-con system is very good and efficient. The district is safe. The room is very clean and comfortable. The host Ivana speaks English very well, she was very nice and allowed me to stay longer after my check-out time.
