Girl on reception was incompetant. Room not ready when we arrived at 17.00. Other staff were excellent. Just one bad apple could spoil the reputation of an establishment.

A good no thrills hotel for a short stay in Geneva

A good standard no thrills hotel in an excellent position. Clean functional rooms. A good place to stay on a short sight seeing trip to Geneva. Kind and helpful personnel.

Not particularly the place to stay in the event of a fire. I found the policy to request a Sfr 100.- refundable deposit on top of the payment rather unusual..

Awesome location. Staff were great. Bed was super comfortable. Shower was good.

Noise transmission in the building is more noticeable than in newer buildings, but this seems to be common in the older buildings in Geneva.

Spacious and comfortable bed

Shower water went cold after around 40 seconds during the night and again the following morning. Lights in hallway shone into bedroom throughout the night, which meant disturbed sleep.

Fabulous little hotel in the centre of Geneva. Perfect location, extremely comfortable beds.

Great location. Beds were so comfy. I really struggle sleeping in hotels. Not this time. I slept like a log. The beds and pillows were so comfy.

The door to the bathroom!! Glass door so if you were in the bathroom and the other person was asleep the light disturbed them.

Very good location - few things to tend to.

The location, close to the lake and train station.

As a hotel guest you are entitled to a city pass for all public transport which we did not receive and had to ask for which would have saved us money and hassle. We got this pass 2 days before check out. The breakfast was terrible!

Travelled as a group to take in the sights of the old town so needed a base near the area. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk and is ideally located for seeing the sights of Geneva. Very clean, very modern inside and great location.

Great location, very old building stylishly refurbished.

Brilliant location. Walking distance from the main station and very close to the lake and most of Geneva's attractions on a relatively quiet city street. We received a room upgrade upon arrival, and our room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a slight issue with the ac unit in our room leaking water onto the floor, but when notified the staff immediately cleaned up the water and tried to fix the problem, when they could not fix the leak a technician was called and the problem sorted. A great place to stay in Geneva.

I loved loved loved the beautiful room and the most fabulous service people. There was a front desk lady I absolutely adored and was most helpful to me when I was checking in and out with my little sister.

Good location but rooms could be better maintained

Great location. Hotel was ok and decent value for money. Room was big and decorated nicely.

Not finished to a particularly high standard eg could see areas were walls and been spot painted. Large stain on carpet on first floor. Air conditioner filter needed changing so was blowing dust around the room. Had to pay for any more than the initial 2 Nespresso capsules given in your room which was a bit tight as these are usually provided free in hotels.

They had a lift. Place was very clean. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Room could have been larger, one side of the bed was up against a wall, but that's ok for solo travellers

The receptionist had me wait a while while she cleared up things from breakfast next door even though there were other staff doing it too. Air con too which is good and rare in Switzerland

Great location in the heart of the city.

Great location…can’t be beat! Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. We really enjoyed this hotel.

The shower in our room was like a fishbowl. You could see into it from every angle. This might be fun for a young couple, but not for a family. My son and I had to take turns sitting in the lobby, while the other showered. We found out when we were checking out that we could have requested another room. If you stay here, request a shower with walls.
