The renovated building, so everything was new there. It's pretty close to Manufactura, only 15 minutes walking from it. Also 15 minutes from Petrakovska street. Wifi worked perfectly, so I was able to work without issues.
The flat was pretty dirty. I had to wash floors twice before I can step on it. Also, the shower and toilet can be cleaned better. I didn't find any items to clean it by myself. One cheer was broken while it's easy to fix. Also, the water tap in the bathroom was unscrewed for some reason. I wonder how no one noticed this. It's also very easy to fix, so I fixed it. The blanket will be too small for two people. And recommend putting newer bed linen as the current one is pretty old and bad quality.

Very polite host. Great location for sopping lovers since apartment is situated 15 min walk form Manufaktura Shopping Centre.

Zdecydowanym plusem jest świetna lokalizacja oraz bardzo dobry, bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielką. Cena apartamentu podczas trwania łódź summer festival w porównaniu do innych obiektów bardzo okazyjna
Niestety, apartament ma ogromne problemy z czystością. - pod prysznicem znajdował się grzyb - niedziałający tv i pokrętło od prysznica - twarde łóżko i tylko jedna mała pościel, niefunkcjonalne meble (krzesła zdecydowanie za niskie do stołu barowego)
