Good location, apartment was clean and equipped well with all the basics that are needed. Quiet and overall very good value for money. I would definitely recommend staying there.

I travel a lot and self check in instructions are usually sent on the day of stay. However this time I didn't receive anything until I got outside of the apartment and called the host. That's not very convenient as the whole purpose of self check in is for it to be a seamless process. There was also no mention of parking fee that I was asked to pay when I asked for parking access.

This is a no-nonsense small flat with everything needed for a short stay: well-equipped small kitchen, clean bathroom, good bed, good tv set, very good wi-fi, good insulation (it was winter outside but I turned my radiator (well working) off for the most of my stay). Very solid window shutters make flat dark and quiet when needed. There is a ceramic hot plate but - I presume - nobody will cook anything when there are so many decent eating places around. Although, I think, swapping this hot plate for a microwave would be much more useful for the guest (in case of a desperate need for a more substantial hot food). Key is in the lock box - details obtained from the owner without any problems. Flat was just renovated - very clean. The staircase and the whole building nice and clean with, and despite only four floors - excellent lift (blessing if you have heavy luggage). Location is also excellent - small not so busy street with my favourite grocery+everything-you-need Zabka shop (so clean and inviting, exemplary run) just next to building entrance (open very long hrs (till 23:00?)). Hence no worries/panic about some snacks, breakfast, drinks etc. It seems that there is also an option for a car park behind the property; could be very useful as the street parking is payable (parkometers) - not used it this time.

nothing to complain really. Maybe the hot/cold water regulation in the shower should be less temperamental (sometimes either very warm or cold with nothing in-between).
