Everything the staff were not helpful, the room was falling to pieces there was drugs found by my six year old son holes in doors and walls, lights and wires falling off the wall, and upon refund request staff and mobiles contacting of them is impossible and abusive

Zero star property, I had children of age 14 and could not stay in such a smelly and broken property not even hygienic to stay in, the moment I stepped I was like its not the place to even spend a night and should not be used as a hotel. Broken place, smelly and not even close to a typical hotel.

• The room was filthy – stains, dust, mold everywhere • The hotel is partly finished with exposed work and poor engineering • Mold covered the walls and ceilings – a serious health hazard • The bed sheets were stained. When I asked for a new set, I was handed another dirty one • The toilet and shower were extremely dirty, full of stains and a horrible smell • Old soap and grime were left in the wash basin • The toilet was installed so poorly that there was not enough space to even sit properly • The whole place smelled damp and rotten Honestly, living on the street would be cleaner than this virus-friendly environment. This hotel is not worth a single penny. It should not even be allowed to operate. Never book here.

Close to where we needed to be, but, probably wouldn't book again placed in a rough area

Soon as we got there, looked closed thankfully it wasn't. Went to a reception area looked OK. We was on second floor room 15. Wow. On the way to the room, cameras hanging on the walls not in use. Bed very uncomfortable. Shower very didn't didn't bother using (luckily only there for one night and showered that morning before travelling). Old soaps been used and left on sink and in the shower. The TV tried to search for things on YouTube was set in a different language couldn't change. From 5am onwards, constant banging from other people in rooms, as in fighting, screaming etc. Someone being dragged through the corridor down the stairs you could hear the woman saying "get off me". Didn't intervene as roygh area as it is, not a clue where we are and also don't know what other people are carrying ie. Weapons. People fighting and shouting outside the hotel. We was right above reception and on the front of the hotel, you could hear everything.

Hotel from hell!!!

From the moment we walked in waited 10 minutes for a man to come. Went to our room and lasted 2 minutes before going to check the reviews on booking.com as there was a disgusting smell and filthy room to then see the reviews. Once seeing reviews we checked the bin to see used sanitary products 🤮 we left straight away being sick by the smell and the whole short experience of hell. We then asked the man to see the problem and he said the bin shouldn’t be there and he kept making up excuses of why the bin shouldn’t have been in the bathroom. This hotel should not be open to the public!

Nothing, I cannot believe a hotel like this is allowed to operate. It should be closed down by environmental health as a health hazard.

We didn't stay at the property and left. Rooms full of mold, carpet was flooded in room 2, restaurant area was flooded, the stench of mold and damp was unbearable throughout the hotel. Holes in walls, blood and other unknown substances on walls, the room doors did not lock, was able to open other doors without key card. I am in shock that this hotel is allowed to advertise, complete false advertisement. The staff were useless, kept referring to call the manager, who didn't answer any of our calls. The hotel needs to be inspected and closed down. I wouldn't house animals in that place. Shambolic. Ended up stranded, resulting in us driving 3.5 hours back home. I appreciate booking.com trying to resolve, but to not get a refund when we didn't stay at the property and this being false advertising at its best, I am appalled that booking.com has continued to work with this hotel and not offer a full refund. This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in, the stuff of nightmares and it is disgusting.

This room was disgraceful. The reception said t had been newly acquired and was not finished. The tv only had you tube which is no interest to me and they had to come up 3 times to even get that to work! Once switched off didn't connect again. The bathroom wasn't finished. The waste pipe from sink wasn''t connected so ended up with whatever went down sink on my feet and flooding the floor! The carpets were all stained. Door was damaged and looked like someone had broken in. I spent time looking for alternative at 10.30 but decided a my age 77yrs it was foolhardy to start wandering off at that time of night alone. My floor was full with students and the noise was intolerable. I had to ask several times for them to stop banging on doors and shouting. The worst place I have stayed ever!!!

Nothing, room was the size of a postage stamp, and we were greeted by a heavily UTI guest who was borderline intimating, resulting in myself not leaving the room all evening, The bed was uncomfortable and felt like we were sleeping on a marshmallow, stains on mattress, only one cup provided although I had booked in with my husband, no spoon to make a hot drink, towel provided was the size of a flannel, Extremely loud throughout the night with door alarms going off and doors slamming, I've paid less to sleep in a travel lodge
