Great location, comfortable apartment, can improve on the small details.

Great location a short walk from the Alba gondolas and ski rental. Warm and comfortable temperature throughout the stay despite cold weather outside. Easy to find and access the apartment, and responsive staff through online chat - thank you! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Some smaller details: The parking spot in front of the house was not usable due to a pile-up of snow making it too narrow for the 4 cars it was intended for, which led to conflicts with neighbours over parking space. It's a slight disappointment that guests have to pay extra for sheets and towels, and to make their own beds. Finding an unmade bed is quite unusual in similar-level accommodations all over Italy and Europe (actually, my first time in 10+ years of international travel experiencing this practice). The fourth bed in the penthouse apartment, which is a fold-out sofa, is comfortable, but had clearly never been used as a bed before, so the mattress was still in its plastic-wrap packaging. We were also disappointed that there were no "long stay basics" provided for guests: only two rolls of toilet paper for a 7-night booking for a group of 4; no salt, no detergent, no dishwasher tablets, no cooking oil, no paper towels or similar necessities in the kitchen. At this price range, if the apartment includes a kitchen, it would be nice to stock at least some of these essentials, rather than expect each guest to locally buy their own things (which is usually wasteful, as the packages sold in supermarkets can rarely be fully used in one trip). If the owners' assumption is that most guests bring their own basics, perhaps this is very true for domestic tourists; but for guests who are visiting Italy from abroad, they don't tend to carry kitchen essentials when they fly, as most tourist accommodations provide them. It's not a huge issue, but a simple way to improve guest experience and service quality.

the accommodation is in perfect and clean condition. Everything is functional. Free parking at the house. When the reconstruction is finished, I can only recommend it. Friendly staff at the agency handing over keys and information.

Construction work was taking place in the house and its surroundings every day, starting in the early hours of the morning. It wasn't until I warned them that everyone was sleeping and they were already making noise. At 6:30am. The surrounding areas and stairs were soiled by construction work and bicycle tires were damaged due to metal debris on the floor.

Now enough space for parking in front of the house. The worst were the lights around the house illuminating complete house all the night! 2x bathroom (reason for my choice), but one is accesible only through the children room

Very nice new apartment.

It’s still under construction. Apartment it’s 100 % finished. Balcony needs tiles. Ski room needs heating/drying. It’s under construction. Elevator it’s almost finished. When they finish everything it will be great.

Disappointing

The property is in a great location, a few minute walk from 2 major ski lifts. Parking is a bit complicated due to many cars in a tiny area (on the street) but manageable.

The whole property is being renovated, with a major construction (new section of a building added) happening. This was not mentioned in any communication, and the agency was surprised to find out the works were not finished. What's worse, the apartment's renovation was not completely finished (wires hanging from open light fixtures, gaps between floor and walls etc.) Disappointing was also the outdated kitchen - with multiple cabinet doors broken, cooking area lights not working, broken air extractor, no power outlets (the kettle sits on the floor when plugged in.) During our 1-week stay the heating/hot-water stopped working one afternoon - and was fixed in the evening after involving the agency.

Good stay, great views!

Apartment number 1 seemed to be a little bit dated but apartment number 3 was nice with a good kitchen and plenty of space in the kitchen-livingroom area. Great location and beautiful views from the balcony. Also there is sun on the balcony for most of the day. The ski lift is not too far, kind of a nice walking distance away.

For the first two days there was no hot water in the apartments, also no hot water after 11pm. You can hear all the noise from the other apartments and really loud noise from water being flushed in the upper apartments. Also the noise from the water pipes in the walls can disturb your sleep. So if you are a light sleeper, you better bring some earplugs!

Unhelpful staff, non clean beds, there are no sheets and towels, non clean blankets. No trash Bags, no soap, no toilet tissues!!!!! They ask to check the apartment when we leave while they did not provide any thing for cleaning. They forcing you rent them at our agency at the price of euro 20,00 per-person

Al di sotto delle aspettative.

Rispetto agli impianti di risalita la posizione era ottimale, buona per quanti di noi non sciavano perché la fermata dei bus è molto vicina ma siamo comunque distanti dal centro di Canazei. La struttura è nuova e ben tenuta

Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo dovuto rifare le pulizie perché l'appartamento non era pulito a dovere (molti peli sui letti) ma la cosa più assurda, davvero assurda è che in un appartamento per 6 persone ci fosse solo 1 armadio, non esiste un appendiabiti, per cui ci siamo dovuti arrangiare per lasciare le tute da sci e poi comunque abbiamo dovuto tenere quasi tutto nelle valigie perché appunto un solo armadio per 6 persone è ASSOLUTAMENTE INSUFFICIENTE! Abbiamo contattato l'agenzia per chiedere che ci venisse portato un appendiabiti, ci hanno detto che lo avrebbero riferito al proprietario ma non abbiamo avuto nessuna risposta.

Wygodny, stosunek ceny do jakości był bardzo dobry!

Bardzo wygodny apartament dla 6 osób, bardzo duża część wspólna -kuchnia z jadalnią i salon. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia z kawiarka i ekspresem przelewowym do kawy. Świetna lokalizacja z dostępem na nogach (butach narciarskich) do kolei na Belvedere. Blisko restauracje, bary i pizzerie.

Łazienki wymagają odświeżenia tu i tam czarne naloty, w okresie zimowym nie liczcie na miejsce do przechowywania i suszarki do butów, brak ich. Trzeba zabierać do lokalu. Dostępna jedynie zimna komórka (osobna dla apartamentu i zamykana na klucz) na dole do przechowywania nart, a latem rowerów. Część ekipy narzekała na niezbyt wygodne materace na łóżkach.

Una casa straordinariamente pulita

Una pulizia eccezionale. Non ho mai trovato un posto così pulito, davvero incredibile. La casa era comoda a livello di posizione, e anche molto accessoriata. Con parcheggio personale davanti all’entrata. Vista montagna favolosa, la Mattina ci svegliavamo con la montagna innevata ed era qualcosa di unico.

La cosa scomoda è stato doverci portare lenzuola, carta igienica , tovaglioli e sacchi per la spazzatura, ma viaggiando in macchina non è stato poi un problema grande. L’unica pecca è stato saperlo dopo, non viene menzionato prima della prenotazione ma ti avvisano subito dopo. Penso che per chi viaggia con la famiglia sarebbe molto scomodo perché noi eravamo in due, ma portare il necessario per una famiglia intera è scomodo. Ammetto che se lo avessi saputo prima ci avrei pensato un attimo a prenotare, ma considerando quanto ci siamo trovati bene io ci ritornerei sicuramente!

apartament nowy, wygodny, czysty, dwie łazienki, duży salon ze świetnie wyposażonym aneksem kuchennym, piękny widok na Marmoladę, niedaleko fajna restauracja z typowym włosko-tyrolskim jedzeniem głównie dla lokalsów, więc nie było problemu by usiąść i zjeść

jeden mały minus - kompletny brak wieszaków zarówno takich do szafy (w jednym z pokoi nie było żadnej szafy mimo miejsca), jak i takich na ścianie by powiesić kurtkę, czy bluzę

Skvělá lokalita, prostorné a vybavené ubytování.

Skvělá lokalita, v okolí mnoho zajímavých míst na turistiku. Apartmá velmi prostorné, čisté a vybavené - pracka, myčka, nádobí. Při příjezdu nám paní vše důkladně vysvětlila, předala mnoho informaci o okolí. Dostali jsme mapu a balíček s jarem, houbičkou, prostředkem na úklid, pytel do odpadového koše a ruličku toaletního papíru. Zdarma parkovací místo. Krásný výhled z balkonu.

Jako nevýhodu vnímám, ze si musíte přivést své vlastní ručníky, prostěradla a povlečení. Velmi úzký prostor na parkování.

Wąskie miejsce parkingowe - wystarczy jeden pojazd gości będący większym SUV lub limuzyną klasy średniej i z 6 miejsc parkingowych przed obiektem robi się ich tylko 5, ponieważ wtedy niemożliwe jest zaparkowanie i wyjście z pojazdu bez ryzyka obicia pojazdu sąsiada - na szczęście podany jest parking alternatywny lecz nie jest on bezpośrednio pod obiektem. 2. Brak przygotowanych dedykowanych pojemników do segregacji odpadów, która jest wymagane przez obiekt. Powyższe elementy to sugestie do poprawy jakości usługi, jednak nie oznaczają, że nie byłem zadowolony z pobytu bo moim zdaniem ocena 8/10 to bardzo wysoki wynik.

Soggiorno estivo

L'appartamento è nuovo, ben diviso e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari. Ben posizionato, a brevissima distanza da Canazei e antistaste l'impianto di risalita di Alba di Canazei. Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 (4 adulti + 4 bambini) e gli spazi sono risultati sufficienti alle esigenze del gruppo. La palazzina è dotata di ascensore, accessibile anche dal garage in cui è possibile accedere per scaricare i bagagli. L'automobile, invece, può essere parcheggiata esternamente in posto auto assegnato. Nel caso si dovesse raggiungere la struttura con due auto, a breve distanza sono presenti parcheggi liberi, non a pagamento.

La casa non è stata consegnata in ottimale stato di pulizia, motivo per cui si è reso necessario contattare l'agenzia per richiedere una nuovo servizio di pulizia. Considerato il prezzo, sarebbe oppotuno dotare gli ospiti di lenzuola, asciugamani e almeno sapone mani senza dover pagare un ulteriore sovraprezzo. Una delle stanze da letto è dotato di lucernaio non oscurabile, il che crea qualche disagio a chi, in vacanza, desidererebbe non svegliarsi alle 5 del mattio.

Odovzdanie kľúčov bolo asi 2 km vzdialené od ubytovania. Kontajnery na zmiešaný odpad neboli k dispozícií. Dvaja dospelí ľudia museli spať na rozťahovacom gauči namiesto postele.

Gyönyörű szép, nyugodt környéken van a szállás, jó közlekedési lehetőséggel. Tágas és tiszta volt az apartman, megfelelően felszerelt konyhával és két fürdőszobával. Legközelebb is szívesen jönnénk ide.

A ház előtti parkolóhelyek nagyon keskenyek. Két nagyobb autó alig fér el egymás mellett. Úgy meg sehogy, hogy a német szomszéd nem tud parkolni és a kevés hely 60%-a marad. Máshol kellett megálljunk, az út túlsó oldalán.

Non vengono date le giuste e istruzioni per trovare l’agenzia dove ritirare le chiavi e le info. In casa non c’è alcun set di cortesia. Non un po’ di sapone per le mani, non un po’ di shampoo, non uno strofinaccio. Solo un po’ di sapone per i piatti, un solo rotolo di carta igienica ed una spugnetta !
