Apartament przestronny, wygodny dobrze wyposażony.
Otoczenie trochę nieprzyjemne, (gospodarstwo wiejskie) zwłaszcza w marcu gdy na polach i otaczjących łąkach rozrzucają obornik i gnojowice.
