This is a beautiful apartment in a very central location. The hosts were responsive and the apartment had coffee, drinks, and a few snacks which is always a welcome surprise when traveling. There were also numerous books about Amsterdam which we enjoyed browsing while lounging around in the well appointed main room overlooking the canal. We literally spent hours just reading and hanging out in the main room because it was so delightful. The Wifi is great and though we only needed to use it one night there is air conditioning available in both bedrooms.

It's Amsterdam so there are some steep stairs leading up to the apartment which could be challenging for older guests with mobility issues. The second bedroom is a built in and is very small. This was fine for our son, but just something for an all adults crowd to be aware of when booking.

My family and I enjoyed the apartment. The location is perfect. There is a grocery store a few minutes away and public transportation right out the door. There is a yummy pizzeria one door over. One of the bedrooms is small, but there is so much to do in the city that the size of your room doesn't really matter. The stairs up to the apartment are very steep and curved and the individual steps are small. You must have good mobility to stay here. Big luggage will be a challenge.

The stairs upon entry are very deceiving , no where in description is it mentioned . The bathroom had a sewer like smell and the flush continually ran, the bedroom 1 was also very confined
