This beautiful large Houseboat is nicely decorated and located at one of the best locations in this part of Amsterdam and 5 minutes’ walking distance from the city centre near the famous area "The Jordaan” district, Saturday "Noordermarkt" and much more.
This exclusive houseboat features 2 bedrooms and a large living room with a spacious seating area including a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Free Wi-Fi access is available.
We give guests space and are available when needed.
Every guest is appointed a Personal Concierge, with local knowledge at key destinations.

The Houseboat is situated on a 5 minute walk to the famous Jordaan. Most points of interest are nearby.
The Houseboat is only approximately 70 meter from the famous Saturday market at the Noordermarket and a 4 minute walking distance from the Jordaan area, Anne Frank-House, Nine Streets and much more interesting places to visit.
To give you a few examples: Palace on Dam Square, Nine Streets, and much more. There are many quaint shops, restaurants, cafes and outdoor terraces just around the corner. A lovely area with many things to do and see!
The surroundings are very beautiful with the old canal-houses, old bridges and cobbled streets. It is a joy to walk around the narrow streets and canals and enjoy all this beauty. Located from only a 10-minute walking distance from the Westerpark where you can relax, walk and enjoy nature.

The entrance is on street level where you will enter separate elegant dining room overlooking the canal with a dining table for 4 people.
From there you have access to the large living room via wide stairs where you will find fully equipped open kitchen with fridge and freezer. In this large living room you will find a spacious seating area including a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Free Wi-Fi access is available.
Via the hallway you will find a lovely separate bathroom is fitted with a bath tub/shower, separate shower and double sink.
The houseboat has a separate toilet with access from the hallway.
Via the hallway you will enter the main bedroom with King-size bed and access to the large terrace at the bow of the houseboat.
The second bedroom with a Queen-size bed is in the bow of the houseboat.
The wardrobe is in the main bedroom.
The second terrace is located at the back of the Houseboat near the entrance.

A taxi pick-up from Schiphol is one of our standard services and can be organized for a fixed fee of €35.00 (Midsize car) or €45.00 (Van).
The Houseboat is only 8 minutes by tram from the central station with very good train connections from Amsterdam Airport.
There are several large parking garages with competitive rates in this area.
There are tram-bus stops around the corner with connections to most places of interest in Amsterdam.
Will be appreciated to receive additional travel information and expected arrival time in advance. After receiving this additional travel information our team will contact you with additional information regarding your check-in.
The host or related property manager of the property will contact you directly to arrange check-in. Please note that late check-in after 8 pm, in consultation with your host, may be possible at an extra cost of EUR 30. Late check-in after 10 pm is on request.
A security deposit of EUR 300 is required for incidentals.
Procedure: After receiving the final reservation confirmation, the payment details are stored but not charged or authorized for the deposit unless the host makes a claim.
The host has 14 days from your checkout date to make a claim on the deposit for damages to their property. Depending on the extent of the damage, the amount the host asks may or may not be the same as the deposit.

Very nice houseboat and good location, nearby a small café for a decent cup of coffee in the morning, close to a beautiful market, and a short walk away from the main Streets. The boat has enough space, Four adults sharing. Communication with the host was very good and friendly, we felt good taken care of during our stay. The host also gave us tip about the market nearby, and it was a great experience (and a new dress) We are very pleased about our houseboat choice Azara and would recommend for anyone with a houseboat Dream!

This was the absolute perfect home for the week. I cannot rave enough about all of it, especially the location. I hope to be back many, many times.

Second time staying on a houseboat in the canal ring. First time was fabulous but that boat is no longer available so we tried this one. Location is great and it was still fun to feel in the mix of things however I agree as others have recently said that this is not to be considered Luxury. It is spacious, but the furnishings can best be described as "Bare Minimum". An area rug and inexpensive lamp/artwork would go a long way toward providing some needed warmth and charm to the living area. The kitchen is good, bath OK, amenities subpar--just bring your own. Important to know that 2nd bedroom is accessible only through the 1st, and the ceiling height is about 48" so I would say it's just for the Young and Game, or for kids. And navigating the outdoor space can be wholly treacherous with kids so let's leave it at Y&G. Again, a houseboat is a super fun experience and this is a great location, but ultimately overpriced for what it is. If you want Luxury, do as we did on our last night and stay @ The Pulitzer!
Final Note--I was initially thrown by having to pay through email link and not VRBO but it turned out fine. We ARE still waiting on the return of our security deposit one month later however.....
