The best Experience I have ever had. It was my 40th birthday + 10th year anniversary with my husband, the staffa were so thoughtful and everything was magical

Having room with pool access is the way to go for quick relived from the hot weather. Breakfast was excellent food was always changing everyday and staffs was very polite and kind. The room was nice, spaces and clean.
Nothing. Everything was great. The staffing was kind everywhere we went, from relaxing at the spa with my family to eating out at every restaurant on the property. On the last day the staff at Beach Grill surprised us with birthday song for my daughter and even moved us to a table with better view.

The resort is very nice and well maintained. The rooms are spacious.
Breakfast felt extremely hectic and overcrowded, with long queues and very little sense of order. The hotel is very large and frequently accommodates big (Chinese) tour groups, which made the breakfast experience particularly chaotic.
The lobby is also quite a distance from some of the rooms, making it inconvenient to move around the property. On a positive note, the kids’ club was nice and was one of the better aspects of the hotel.
