Ritz never disappoints. Whatever you might expect from such a name - you get that and beyond. Incredible breakfast, dream-like bed, spacious rooms, luxury feeling - it has it all. Highlights: - kids club! If you travel with a small kid - please seriously consider it, we loved the facility. Ritz Kids has their own (warm!) swimming pool with a big slide, and we’ve happily lost our 3 years old there. - breakfast Incredible selection, brilliant service, awesome quality - service Goes without saying, very very good - spa&gym Serious and well organized, we’ve enjoyed it a lot

We’ve had an unpleasant experience with Indonesian restaurant of the Hotel - two people of our group got “Bali belly” after a dinner, but, I guess, it can happen to anybody and everywhere. We’ve got the apologies from the hotel, perhaps an additional gesture of attention for us could be nice but altogether it’s not a problem. Please note that big pools can be quite cold, same goes for the private pools in the room

The hotel grounds are expansive and feature a beautiful beach. A highlight of our vacation was watching little turtles hatch right on the beach and seeing them swim for the first time—it was such an amazing sight! The staff are warm, friendly, and highly accommodating. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Our son loved the activities at Ritz Kids, and the staff there are truly wonderful.

While it is certainly not the hotel's fault, as they have employees constantly cleaning the beach, there is quite a lot of plastic in the sea, which does make swimming a little less enjoyable.

The resort is very nice and well maintained. The rooms are spacious.

Breakfast felt extremely hectic and overcrowded, with long queues and very little sense of order. The hotel is very large and frequently accommodates big (Chinese) tour groups, which made the breakfast experience particularly chaotic. The lobby is also quite a distance from some of the rooms, making it inconvenient to move around the property. On a positive note, the kids’ club was nice and was one of the better aspects of the hotel.
