Recently renovated and well presented with a handy location and nice facilities. Bedrooms were a decent size and the furniture was comfortable.
The property only had a very quick clean. We found lots of sand on the floors and on the couch covers and outside patio (not so worried about what was on the patio). Whilst it initially looked lovely and clean we realised it wasn’t a very thorough clean.
The shower / toilet layout is compact.

Location; proximity to beach, shops. Free parking.
Cleanliness; modern decor; roominess (except bathroom which is surprisingly small) but manageable. Pool; barbecue area. Value for money.
Nothing really ~ it was as we expected. Hard to criticise a property with so many good aspects.

Location
The bathroom door needs to go outward, almost impossible to get into bathroom and the shower door is behind the bathroom door. Shower was abysmal, no pressure, fluctuating hot and cold water. The sink in the laundry has taps with no water. You have to boil the jug to do washing up in the kitchen as again no pressure and little heated water
