Good location. Close to beach and good walks for all ages (Yacaaba). Short drive on what is now a sealed road but with plenty of pot holes to Myall Lakes NP. Plenty to explore here. Beautiful sunsets to see at Winda Woppa. The garage is handy and it's nice that the property provides books and games if you ever get stuck indoors. The food outlets in the vicinity are passable without being anything more.
The property itself is very tired and needs a refresh from its 1990's decor and facilities. We couldn't get the oven or grill to work. Shower taps fell off. Fair bit of mould. Some of our group found there to be a pervasive, almost unbearable smell to the downstairs. The courtyard and surrounds needs some upkeep and there was considerable leaf litter strewn about (which we swept up ourselves). The bbq was functional but is a hot plate as opposed to a grill (cleaning charge of $25 is applied).
