Stuff of dreamy French holidays…wonderfully old fashioned…with modern comforts!

The position of this hotel could not have been better for us: in the middle of the street opposite the truly picturesque, historical harbour. The street itself is a mass of fantastic restaurants - and the restaurant in the hotel is superb. What more could one wish for? We had a small double room at the back; the building is old and I suspect all the rooms must be fairly small. Should we have asked for a room with a harbour view? I am not sure…as we were so very happy having a coffee/drink outside, alongside the harbour. The staff were charming. And many speak good English

Very, very enjoyable stay indeed at the heart of Camaret harbour, lively area!

Very friendly team, very warm welcome at reception and all the way through, great buffet breakfast and very fine cuisine at the restaurant, we had a great dining experience indeed, very fresh local products and inventive dishes "à la carte" too! Great choice of homemade deserts too... Great view from our "Comfort" room over Camaret harbour and great bathroom! Very comfi indeed and well equipped, Kettle, coffee and tea making facilities provided, fresh water...

Don't stay in a seaview room Saturday night if you want a quiet sleep

Rooms with seaview overlook restaurants and bars and the night we were there there was partying and loud drinking and shouting until 3am and it was very loud in the room - it was Saturday night so maybe that was unusual but we could not sleep Also room was small And value for money was the worst in our week in Brittany

Lovely place for a stay, situation is really great. Great staff, very nice, very helpful. Room very comfortable, very clean, quiet except for some very loud noise next door but thank god it didn't last for too long. Great bathroom, nice & clean. The lights by the beds didn't work though and the heater in the bathroom was broken, which was a bummer for us. Restaurant was amazing. Diner & breakfast were really fantastic, high quality. The restaurant is very successful and busy, you have to book in advance. Again the staff were all very pleasant and we had a great time. Thank you.

Unpolite staff

At the check-in offered us to reserve a table for the dinner. We wanted 20.30 but no way, told us 20.45 only. Ok no problem for us. The problem was at night when the table was not available and staff saying can not manage reservations. I asked reason but no way. We went out for dinner. Stay away from such people.

Coming from England and speaking almost no French the staff were excellent to help me settle. My room was clean, comfy and quiet. The location is brilliant with a vast range of restaurants a walk away and an amazing view from the front of the hotel.

Beautiful location on the port, friendly staff, rubbish Wifi (top floor)

Fabulous view over the harbour. Very friendly staff. Nice family-run hotel.

We were on the 4th floor and the Wifi kept cutting out, sometimes for long periods. This is unacceptable in 2020 for a 3 star hotel. The owners said they were aware of this, so one wonders why they hadn't fixed it, it's not very complicated (or expensive). The window frame was loose and one plug by the bed also coming out of the wall. One got the feeling that 4th floor guests didn't get such a good deal!
