Very pleasant

Well equipped, clean and comfortable.

The only negative was that the occupants (think they might have been holidaying also but not sure) of on of the downstairs apartments must have been smoking quite a bit of weed because it smelled very strongly of marijuana in the foyer near their flat.

Splitting hairs there wasn’t a lot of cupboard space for food but there’s an extra fridge so we worked with it

No outdoor space. Bathroom lock was broken.

Nothing was bad just could have done with a small hoover / brush at the property to keep on top of the floors with sand etc. we did end up buying a brush to leave there that we could use.

Great stay however power cut on the last night spoilt the end.

Size of the property was really good, location was great and it was well equipped.

The shower wasn't powerful, and got worse throughout the holiday. On the final night of the holiday, we had a power cut. We attempted to reset the tripped switch but it didn't work, we contacted Sykes out of office emergency number as we had our four month old baby with us who was due a bottle. Sykes customer service was terrible. We had 3 calls with them in the space of an hour where they asked us the same questions, we where going round in circles confirming that we had turned off switches etc. finally the owner called us, he was understanding, helpful and he got an electrician out to us really quickly, the electrician was brilliant but it took him until almost midnight to resolve the issues. Meaning our entire last evening was spent sat around phoning Sykes and waiting for it to be fixed. We where unable to cook or eat the food we had for the evening and the food we had for breakfast was also spoilt due t he fridge being off all night as this didn't come back on. We had a lovely stay up until this point so it was a huge shame for us as our last night was ruined. Sykes didn't seem to care about our problem and never even rang us back to check if the owner had been in touch until the next morning.

Beautifully presented, clean and fully equipped first floor flat. Free parking. Short walk to beach and restaurants. We'll located for longer excursions around Anglesey.

loved our stay, close to the bay, high spec furniture and appliances, so clean and quiet, totally amazing

would recommend this complex just tucked away but in lovley location

can not recommend this another perfect location and apartment just right very quite a peaceful

could not check in till 4 and had to be out with beds stripped by 10 also could not get hot water working but had hot showers
