Clean comfortable quite stay. A great place to stay while you work out where to next.

Quite, clean, staff polite and professional. Great hot water pressure. Breakfast amazing. Reasonable check out time to allow a sleep in. After a long flight, exactly what I needed. Arrived after midnight, walked to the hotel from airport so did not need to deal with taxis. Had a fabulous sleep and delicious healthy breakfast. I was ready to explore Crete. Next morning, sorted last minute car hire which was walking distance. main bus station a few minutes walk away too. Many shops in hotel area. Walking distance into cbd area.

Nothing in particular. It's a bit noisy with planes in the streets, but in the hotel the windows have a double system that makes it really great and no problem to sleep, there is no noise.

Great for 1 night near the airport

It was the best location for a very early flight the next day. You could literally see the airplanes taking off over the hotel. So close to the airport. For 1 night stay as a transit to the airport works perfectly. The members of staff were very welcoming and kind.

The room was very small and it definitely needed a refurbishment. It doesn't make you feel very comfortable. It's a hotel to only stay for 1 night just to be 5 mins away from the airport.

We were looking for a hotel for one night near the airport. You can walk there from the Airport in 20 minutes. Check-in possible 24 hours. Very friendly staff. Aircondition. Decent breakfast.

Rooms are small, old, cheap and ugly. We got a stinking smoker room first. Definitely not worth the money we paid.

the breakfast wasn’t that good, I got awoken early in the morning from an earthquake but that’s not the hotels fault and the staff was helpful in the situation and calmed us all down and assured this happens often and not to worry.

Convenient place offering good value near to the airport

I use this hotel quite often when arriving in Crete for an overnight stay before picking up a car the following morning. It is a simple place, but comfortable enough and perfect for my needs. It's not luxurious, but I am happy to recommend it..

This location is really close to the airport in a more industrial area but there are shops, cafes, and the bus stop is a block away. The staff was so nice, especially Stelios at check in/out. He made sure I had breakfast, which there was a wide selection of hot and cold foods to choose from, and then he arranged a taxi after I determined that the bus would not arrive on time for me to get to the airport. The price is fantastic, great air conditioning, tv, and other amenities.

You can hear planes, so I just used a white noise app, which blocked the sound. The walls in the room are bare, so it seems a little "cold" but everything works well and is comfortable. The fridge is really big.

Felt like only good for one night stay for just sleep after flight and move on.

Location was good.

Expectations didn’t match reality. The breakfast was poor, coffee was not drinkable and they also don’t have mugs in dinery, we had like pabercups which are riddiculous. And you have to be prepared to manage with only one roomkey. With similar price you can find way better stays.

You could hear the girls in the next room showering (their water running) and their conversations with one another. Very very thin walls which made sleeping uncomfortable.

It was very clean and close to the airport so we were able to get some sleep quickly after a late flight into Heraklion.

You could hear other guests in the corridor, there was an echo - so would recommend earbuds

The front desk staff were extremely helpful! They helped me figure out transportation around Crete and the woman at the front desk also helped me call a taxi. The front desk also watched my luggage for quite a few hours after I had checked out and made sure everything stayed safe!
