All points go to the owner . She was so kind to accommodate us and everything we needed she was there to help .
There were small defects but they were expected . There is one very important thing though that I wish they address and hence taken two points away . I would highly encourage the owners to put some safety net around the banisters at the balconies . There are huge gaps between the banisters and my 2 year old needed to be held by us at all times when outside or could easily fall . If they sort this , they will absolutely deserve 10 points .

The Hotel is located 10 bus minutes from the airport and 15 from the city center. The personal is more than friendly and and helpful. Big plus is that there is somebody at the reception 24/7, so that there are no problems with late check-ins.
Heraklion is industrial city, so if you are looking for a beach, you should either take a long walk (around 1,5 hours) or gonna need to take a bus ride for at least 30-45 minutes, as the nearest beaches are behind the stadium and the airport. Also, because the airport and the port are close, the airplanes and the cruisers can be loud, so it is not the best place for the people who wake up easily and have trouble to fall asleep.
