Lovely little cottage with all the facilities

Very good location. Property has every facility that one could possibly need. Homey feeling in a cute little cottage. The road leading to the property is bumpy which is hardly 2-3mins drive. something to be mindful of. Sue, Gary and their lovely dog Zito whom we gonna miss the most were lovely. We were welcome with some welsh cakes and a bottle of wine and they made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The cottage was really cosy, comfortable and full of character. The hosts, Sue and Garry, were very welcoming and helpful, and made us feel at home. The cottage was extremely clean and well equipped, and the views were breathtaking. Other reviews mention that there are no views from the cottage itself. That is true, but it did not spoil anything for us since we were out all day and glad to come back to such a lovely, warm place. We had a wonderful time!

Snowdon trek to raise funds for GIST Cancer UK, could not have planned a better base camp!

A fabulous location, steeped in history. Glorious views and perfect for a couple… and their dog !! Facilities were spot on for self catering, with great takeout food also available at the campsite nearby for weary walkers!

Genuinely no bad points… and we can be quite critical if necessary. The hosts are fab. The property is fully self contained. Clean, comfortable and cosy. A+++

The Host Susan was nice and friendly, on arrival she left us some presents for the evening. She got us the information we asked for too. The location is perfect for us; we can reach our trips in 1-hour driving and get everything we expected. If I go back to those impressive mountains, I will go back to them for a stay.

Picturesque, peaceful, cosy and Quaint. Ideal location for a relaxing getaway for two.

Great location away from the hustle and bustle. Fantastic place to visit! The views are beautiful of the vast landscape. Sue was friendly and informative, her dog was friendly and tame. The cottage was clean, inviting, cosy and a lovely size for two people. The welcome items were a lovely touch and our whole stay was just Pleasant. Having the “what3words was extremely helpful due to the remote location of the Cottage.

Only a couple of things which are more suggestions than criticisms; The bed is smaller than what we are used to, but the bed was comfortable regardless of its size, which at a guess was a double. Couldn’t have the bathroom curtains open as the toilet was right next to the window and with the lodge next to that you had other guests walking past often. Maybe a frosted window to be fitted for more privacy and natural light. Apart from these it was wonderful.

Lovely place

This is a small but comfortable cottage with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The location is a bit remote, it’s probably a 40 min walk to the nearest pub but the views make up for it and if you’re looking for a quiet break, it’s ideal.

Very nice and cozy cottage with lovely view of snowdon from outside the cottage

Friendly hosts, and their dog. Very nice and cosy cottage, outside tables have an excellent view of snowdon and the surrounding landscape.

Freezer part of the fridge/freezer was leaking and no working properly. A few minor repairs needed, but only small things such as cracked window pain. Nothing major.

Stunning location, lovely owners

The location was fantastic for exploring Snowdonia. The cottage was spotless and had everything you needed. The owners were really friendly and made you feel very comfortable.

No views and would benefit from bedside tables. We will return but next time we would book the log cabin next door to cottage, as that has the nice views.

Lovey little cottage in the mountains

Location is everything, great place for walking! Loved the little welcome hamper which is ever so sweet and it was consumed after a VERY long car journey. Host was friendly also. Love how close it is to the welsh highland railway station too.

Because it’s pet friendly I could smell wet dog occasionally. Not a massive deal and that’s only because I have a REALLY sensitive nose. But it’s to be expected when you stay in accommodation that allows animals.

Nous avons été déçus par l’emplacement du logement. Un environnement de nature magnifique, mais par contre pas de vue depuis le logement qui de plus était très sombre, les fenêtres donnaient sur des murs.
