Everything was great
The bed wasn’t as comfy as I thought, but that is just a personal thing.

Cold tap in upstairs bathroom was jammed shut.

Ideal central location, bowling club and sports club both only a 100mt walk and Woolworths only a little further.
I’m very picky about cleanliness and this apartment was spotless (particular credit to ‘Jacqui’ for this).
Particularly liked ceiling fans and split systems in bedrooms also. Oh, and really nice bathroom linen….great towels!
Rear courtyard/garden area also exceeded expectation and really enjoyed sitting in this area.
Probably only ‘sad face moment’ was that the Spa in the outdoor pool/spa area was Out of Order. Probably might have enjoyed using that if it had been in operation.

it suited our need for two bathrooms and three bedrooms and in walking distance to most activities.
The lack of sound proofing from upstairs to down stairs as well as connecting wall to next door made relaxing and sleeping a little more difficult.
