Instructions should be given at the time of booking. No ocean view at all. Some rooms has no fans provided just heater there in hot weather. Kitchen things were not available e.g. pots, pans, spatulas, turners etc. , could not find sandwich press and toast maker. It was really hard to do cooking there. Dirty pots and pans were stored under the sink area with broken handles. All the Rooms cupboards has tape on the door- no clear instructions what to do. Cupboards were all full in each room with owners own stuff- we were unable to use rooms cupboards to put our clothes and stuffs. No iron or iron board available.
