My family had a great stay at Palms Villa. It was a perfect place to relax on arrival to Sri Lanka. Close to the airport. Location, rooms, pool, food, all great! People were amazing, so nice and friendly. Great communication beforehand and accommodating an arrival in the middle of the night. Have to shout out Janet, the lovable doggy, who my kids are still talking about.

We started the day with a delicious English breakfast at the hotel, enjoying tasty slices of tropical fruits, fresh watermelon juice, and a warm waffle topped with vanilla ice cream. After breakfast, we had a fun game of billiards before relaxing by the beautiful swimming pool and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. It was a truly memorable part of our stay
Unfortunately, the TV channels experienced frequent interruptions during our stay

Palms Villa must be one of the most wholesome places to stay. It is welcoming, warm, calm, food delicious, perfect pool, clean and tidy, water fountain, and absolutely nothing is too much problem.
Our flight was delayed by 24 hours so we had to stay an additional night and was quite pleased about this as it was extra time for us to relax before the homeward bound journey.
We left on Easter Sunday and taxi’s were virtually non existent so Gerry took us to the airport free of charge. That really sums up the excellent service right there.
Thank you all for such a magnificent stay!!

Nice helpful Staff. Dayani was very kind and very helpful
Only purpose of the booking was to stay 8 hours duration before flight, as the booking.com says free shuttle to airport.
It was absolutely misleading. They don't offer a free shuttle.
it is quite far from Town and no close by restaurants.
