Fantasticly located, nice house reef in front of the resort

No dish washer and awkward furniture in the living room

The welcome was perfect, the staff were more than pleasant, I loved my stay

The sliding door giving access to the balcony was a little difficult to open and close…but it's really nothing serious, the evenings spent on this balcony will remain memorable and fond memories.

The views, pool, quiet, friendly

Had no hot water the whole week. Not really anyone’s fault, but people knocking on our door or just walking into our apartment thinking we were the office.

The gate was nice to have and the grounds are beautiful. The bed was comfortable in spite of the ants crawling on you. The water view from the unit was beautiful. Plenty of parking once inside the gate. There was a lot of snorkeling and beach gear in the unit.

Our television never worked the whole week, the ants were everywhere including the kitchen and in our bed and we didn’t want to use spray pesticide where we sleep. A guy randomly came to the door claiming the owner asked him to change a door lock. He had no ID and while I asked him to come back when we are gone, he was pulling on the door so I told him to leave. It felt very intrusive and rude. He kept looking in through the patio door even as I told him to wait while I contacted the manager. The construction taking place next door was loud everyday with the banging. Since the units are packed tightly together there is no privacy and the people in the unit next door were loud everyday drinking and eating on their patio upstairs and they could see down into our unit, which they did, including the bathroom. There was a washing machine in the unit but it didn’t work and the only machine available on the property was very old, rusty, and dirty. You have to buy a token for it for $3. We didn’t use it and just washed our clothes by hand and hung them on a clothesline. The restaurants close to the resort are way overpriced and underwhelming. We went to two of them during the week and decided to buy food from the grocery store and make it ourselves.
