This house was perfect for our group of five. It’s ideally located close to restaurants, the national park, and some amazing beaches. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and we loved the thoughtful touches—plenty of hooks for hanging wet towels and an outdoor clothesline, which was incredibly convenient.The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked very well, and the extra fans were a great bonus for the main living area. The views are absolutely spectacular, and the iguanas wandering through along with the stunning sunsets were truly the cherry on top of an already wonderful stay.

No 4 Marazul. Sorry for the long review...where do I start? The location of the villa was perfect for us, near the pool. It was very well equipped with 2 bedrooms downstairs and a double ensuite upstairs. There was a downstairs patio and an upstairs terrace. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels were provided. We used the BBQ a couple of times, although standing by it was as hot as standing in the kitchen! Thank goodness for the AC in the bedrooms! All windows / patio doors were fitted with screens, so a warm draught could blow though the property making the heat a little less intense. An offer of cleaning was made after a week, however we politely declined. A change of towels was gratefully accepted though. The pool was perfect for an evening dip when the sun set. I've never been in an outdoor pool with warm water before! There were plenty of sun loungers both in the sun and under the gazebo. There are 2 sets of steps down to the sea enabling easy access for snorkelling/diving. There is no beach at the resort but Playa Forti is a short walk/drive or Snorkel away. Rinse tanks and showers were available for diving equipment. The grounds are very well kept, with tropical flowers and coconut palms. Lots of tropical birds chirped in the trees. The iguanas on the sea wall were a big hit! My son went out twice a day with veg scraps feeding them There is a large secure car park with a keypad to access it. Rene is the friendly manager on site. He very kindly arranged for some groceries to be purchased for us on arrival. Tokens for the massive washing machine in the nearby laundry were available for $3. And only took 30mins! Washing very quickly dried after being hung on the terrace. Unfortunately, we were plagued with mozzies /no-see-ums, although we were informed that even though the resort was sprayed with deterrent they can't cater for those flying over the wall! Nearby there are several restaurants, Cactus cafe, Playa Forti and Sol food - great pizza! Go West diving at Playa Kalki was to be recommended also. The nearest supermarket is at Barber, although we liked New California at Tera Cora. Our 'big shop' was done at Carrefour at the Sambril centre. We also went to the pharmacy at Barber. Overall, this is a brilliant villa in a great location. Dianne was very helpful with all our queries. Thank you! We would love to stay again if we are lucky enough to return to Curaçao.
