Villa Harbour View

I had wonderful stay at this villa the were very friendly welcoming ,and always ready to help villa habour view has a fantastic view making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery The room was clean .comfortable and had everything I neededb for a pleasant stay I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again .😍

Clean and neat apartment suitable for a short stay for a couple. With all facilities provided. Beautiful interior and garden decorations , a good experience worth money.

Big spacious room and cleanliness

Wifi didnt work Instant full cash payment at check in, no cards accepted… should have been informed before Even after informing we are unfortunately late to check out due to delay Marissa whale watching trip.. the staff was bit aggressive to ask extra payment.. didn’t believe we informed about late check out

The rooms were big, bed was ok, there was working air conditioning. The decor was weird and was a little off-putting. I shared an apartment with my friends and the room I got had a kitchen in it - sort of a studio bedroom. The host also kept insisting on getting his payment even though we had booked through booking.com and when he called we were having dinner at the Galle Literary Festival - it was annoying to have to worry about that and this was not the best way to treat guests.

Decor. Bathroom. Ideally would have liked not to have the kitchen in my bedroom. The behaviour of the host about the payments. If he wanted a cash payment in advance he should have said so at the time he handed over the keys instead of trying to ruin our dinner when we were clearly not in a position to pay him. Doesn't understand customer service or satisfaction.
