Great location with stunning views!

The Mathiasl Wellness is situated in an excellent location with breathtaking views. The owner was incredibly welcoming and had thoughtfully placed both red and white wine on the dining table and in the fridge, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We traveled as a group of six, and everyone agreed that we would love to return. The accommodation was fully equipped with everything we needed, creating a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The kitchen was impressively stocked, with more glasses and plates than I even have at home! We also brought our dog along, and they made him feel just as welcome.

One of my dream came alive.....

The breathtaking panorama is the basis. But the value is incredible what the host added to it. Great guest house with apartments and everything what you need in the region. You will have everything, what you need....trust me. The one of the best place I've ever been according for my needs.

Great host, very nice location with view on the lake. Few minites away from the slopes - excellent location for skiers. Welness spa was a more then welcome when back from a daysskiing

A must visit!

This was one of the best experiences that I've had so far. The location is mind-blowing and the hospitality of the owner is top notch! Loved it! Note: heating the sauna takes at least an hour or two.

Wohnen über dem Ossiacher See

In den Ferienhäusern befinden sich große, helle Wohnzimmer mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Ossiacher See und die Berge ringsherum. Die Kinder liebten das Feuermachen im Kamin. Nach dem Skifahren die eigene Sauna benutzen zu können ist äußerst angenehm! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bei Sonderwünschen helfen Vivian und Josef mit ihren privaten Geräten nach Möglichkeit sofort aus. Wir alle haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Weitblick, Ruhe und Entspannung

Es war eine sehr geräumige, helle und moderne Unterkunft. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Wellnessbereich war großzügig und einladend. Die Lage auf dem Berg ist einzigartig und der Ausblick traumhaft schön. Die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche übrig und wir konnten alle Speisen und Getränke zubereiten ohne Einschränkungen

fantastisch huis met zeer mooi uitzicht.

Fantastische plek. Uitzicht is geweldig. Je kunt heerlijk op het balkon genieten van het meer en de bergen op de achtergrond. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer ruim. In de omgeving is zeer veel te doen. De mooiste wandelingen, fietstochten, paragliden of gewoon heerlijk zwemmen. De broodjes aan de deur 's ochtends is ook erg makkelijk. De keuken is zeer groot en uitgebreid en heeft ook al kruiden en zo staan. En de sauna was heerlijk.

Een zalige locatie met een prachtig uitzicht.

Prachtig uitzicht en heel propere woning. Alles dat je nodig hebt is voorzien. De ontbijtservice is ook handig.

Er waren wat makkementjes in de badkamer maar belemmerde ons niet. De gastheer was er al mee bezig om aan te pakken.

Authentiek huis met prachtig uitzicht op de Ossiacher See.

Het uitzicht vanuit het huis was schitterend. Ruim huis met mooi balkon. Alles was aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. De weg naar boven is bochtig maar goed berijdbaar. Auto's kunnen elkaar makkelijk passeren dus daar hoef je niet bang voor te zijn. Tuinmeubels zijn wel wat verouderd evenals het interieur. De wellness hebben we niet gebruikt want het was buiten al een sauna. Voor de omgevind zou ik zeggen dat het rond de Mittstatter See wat luxer is. Wandelen en fietsen kan vanuit het huis maar dan moet je een goede fietser zijn. Rond het meer is het vlak dus goed te fietsen. Mooie fietstochtjes in de omgeving.

Tuinmeubels en kussens waren vies en oud aan het worden. Het huis heeft geen airco dus het is bij warm weer een heel warm huis wat niet afkoelt in de avond. We sliepen bij de open balkondeur.

Vyjímečné a úchvatné.

Úžasné místo - připadali jsme si jako v ráji.Ubytovali jsme se v jednom ze čtyř vedle sebe stojících domů.Perfektní čistota,vybavení domu na vysoké úrovni včetně pračky a dalších věcí potřebných pro pobyt.Vedle domu zastřešené místo pro 2 automobily.Oceňuji velmi pohodlné postele.Vůbec nic nechybělo.Ticho,majestátní klid,pohoda.A nyní to hlavní: úchvatný výhled na jezero a okolní horské masivy.Dosud jsme nikdy nezažili tak skvělé ubytování ve spojení s nádhernou přírodou.Wow,wow,wow - gratuluji majitelům,mají být na co pyšní.

K naprosté dokonalosti chybělo jen to,že nám skončila dovolená a museli jsme toto skvělé místo opustit.

Res zelo lepa nastanitev, kuhinja odlično opremljena od tabletk za pomivalca do vina dobrodošlice v hladilniku, v spodnji etaži zelo lep spa-prostor s finsko savno in ležalniki, dišeča posteljnina, dovolj brisač, skratka vse top!!!
