Quirky ceiling in room with a view which had all needs for a couple self-catering. Nearby taverna has personality.

- The double room was spacious, clean and, with the double-glazed windows shut, quiet. The hob may be a bit old, but the kitchenette is well equipped and the fridge is quiet.
- Although the rooms are not central, the port is easy to reach on foot; allow a good 15-20', if you're carrying luggage.
- The balcony is nondescript, but there's a spacious shared veranda that guests can use.
- The hosts were very polite and helpful.
- There's no shower bracket and the shower curtain is too short - it costs so little to get them both fixed.
- There's zero view, just a white wall. While that didn't matter to me, as I was only there for one night, I'd have found it depressing if I'd stayed longer.
- The staircase to the first floor is pretty narrow. Navigating it with a big rucksack is not easy.

Clean rooms, cleaned daily. Great location - very quiet, close to beach and 5 mins away walk from ferry/bus. Lots of places to eat. Easy Wash laundrette 2 mins away that will do laundry for you for few euros more.
Very good value and would stay there again.

The property was in a perfect location, just far enough that you are away from noise in the evening, but close enough to the center that you don’t mind walking. The host Maria and her daughter were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The apartment was the perfect size, very clean and comfortable as well. Very pleased, would definitely book again.
