A really comfortable house in a nice quiet area with good road access and local shopping malls , great house with all fixtures and fittings and hosts Karen and Wayne were very helpful would recommend

The best I can say is how comfortable and at-home we feel when we stay here. This is our second visit and we will come here again next time we need to be in Tucson. The location is perfect, close to everything. The neighborhood feels safe and comfortable. We especially enjoy the fenced backyard for our dog and the hot tub. The owners are easy to work with and provide everything we need, more than many rental homes do. We are seniors and did not use the upstairs but everything we needed was easily accessible downstairs.

Karen and Wayne were excellent hosts. Very kind and attentive and extremely accommodating.
The house was good and had everything we needed. Nothing was missing and my family enjoyed it very much. We would rent it again.
The reason I did not give it a 4 or 5 star is because the house would have to be remodeled because it is very out dated. However that is only an improvement suggestion if the goal is to make the rental a 4 or 5 star.
