The home was simple (all we needed) with a well equipped kitchen. The beds were a little on the soft side but we all (5 adults) slept well. The only small downfall was short on bath towels and the ice maker did not dispense ice. Owner was quick to respond and would have sent out maintenance but it wasn’t an inconvenience to us for an immediate fix. Perfect location for us and would stay here again.

Roy, the owner, was so helpful with questions and we had all we needed for our 8mo granddaughter to make our stay comfortable. It was nice having the extra space for our family and also plenty of bedding, towels and close to pool/hot tub and pickle ball. The neighborhood was very safe and easy to do walks/jogs.

Very well equipped with good pots and pans Lots of extras basically everything you would need, Quiet street, Close to Catalina State Park and other attractions. Very nice, Clean place Great communication. Heated pool nearby. Everything on listing was there as shown.Just for information a full size Ford F150 will not fit in garage but does on the driveway Access to place things in the garage was a big bonus for us. Nice garage.

The house was neat and tidy. The little toiletries provided were a nice touch. The Management was definitely friendly and accommodating. A cute little house to get away for a few days. The house was filled with amenities needed to make your stay easy. My only issue with the house was that it really needs a thorough deep cleaning. The bathroom tubs were dirty and hair left from previous families. Dust was everywhere, especially in the entertainment center. The microwave hadn’t been cleaned in a while and the washer/dryer was filthy. The house is pet friendly; therefore, fur was everywhere. The owners could invest a little and purchase new towels, shower curtains and linens.
