Located in one of Amarillo's most historic neighborhoods. Beautiful attached studio with King Bed, tile floors, all appliances, including washer and dryer, separate yard and patio area. Across the street from Austin Park. Amazing amenities.
The studio is attached to the back of our house and has its own separate entrance, along with separate yard and patio area. We live across the street from Austin Park.
The Property has a ring security camera placed in the front exterior of the home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas.
We welcome all well-behaved dogs, but please be sure to mention your pet when you are making a reservation or sending an inquiry.
We are "pet friendly" and have a few guidelines for our guests with furry friends / fur babies.
- Guest are responsible for cleaning up any pet waste.
- Please keep pets off furniture and bedding.
- Please remember to clean your pet's paws when they come inside.
-If it has been raining or snowing, please make sure pets do not track mud inside.
Any evidence of not following these guidelines may incur extra cleaning fees.
Bedroom has king bed that sleeps 2. There is a queen blow up mattress available that will sleep 2.

Nice and comfortable stay. All good. Nice, safe community. A couple of minor items:. I have a disability that involves my feet and I cannot walk or stand without my custom orthodics. The shower has a 'pebbled' floor which is very uncomfortable if you have a foot issue. This would be easily rectified with a folding ADA shower seat. Not knowing this before I got there, one was easily obtained and used for the stay and it came home with me.. The ice maker in the freezer does not work. It would be nice to have ice trays for fresh ice during the stay.This being said, the potential improvements are very minor. The property is clean, well appointed, very comfortable chairs and bed. Love the washer and dryer access.

This was our first time to stay at this beautiful property- and everything was amazing! Checkin instructions were clear and it was spacious, clean and great set up for what we needed on our stay! Plus it was very quiet which we liked!We plan to stay when we travel through Amarillo again later this year and truly thankful for a safe place to stay
