Despite online check-in to "save time", we were manually checked-in again on arrival. This took 20 minutes.
We requested adjoining rooms so the kids would be with us. We actually got two rooms which were on the same floor but at each end of the hotel. This was far from ideal and no effort was made to meet our request.
