Incredible breakfast and the staff was so kind and attended to all our needs. We loved the big comfy bed.

A good location. Very comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom. The staff member who welcomed us very late in the evening was pleasant and could not have been more helpful.
My wife had been bitten by a tick. Nothing too dramatic, but the staff member on duty in the morning said she was unable to help in any way. After prompting, she provided a plaster and some honey (an old wives' cure) but otherwise was passive. A hotel of this quality should have access to tick tweezers at the very least, plus a list of nearby medical facilities - something that other guests may call on with rather more urgent needs. After some quick Google research I found the Portree Community Hospital, who were kind and helpful. The staff member could have done this easily.
