The location being situated next to the sea and within walking distance to Marazion. Close to all major road routes around Cornwall and major super markets on the doorstep.
Quiet site even with inter city trains passing 100 yds away. The coast path is literally outside your door.
Excellent kitchen being fully equipped with everything need if you want to cook meals, do your washing and clean! Plenty of cupboard space. Plenty of hot water and central heating worked well when needed.
Ants on the dining table and floor.
A screen at the patio doors for privacy from passing walkers on the coast path is a must.
The flooring was poorly fitted with gaps all around it. It also looked tired and in need of some TLC. Window blind pull wand was cobbled onto the rail with a broken cable tie.
The double glazing was blown in the bedroom. The patio doors and television stand was either dirty or had months of dust on them.

Location, size, parking, plenty of hot water.
After a drive here then a full day out on our return to property heating not working.
Alerted booking . Com via email.
Was assured it would be fixed the following day. Not done. No heater on site, borrowed heater from holiday neighbour.
Third day issue sorted replacement parts installed.

Would have expected a bigger TV to reflect size of property.
Draughty through patio doors when wind was bad, and toilet door rattled when wind was up.
