Location close to bus stops was great, with good service into penzance bus station. We visited and enjoyed the nearby RSPB nature reserve.st Michael's Mount and Penzance both within walking distance.
Accommodation lovely and warm.
The keys to the patio doors were missing, and the sliding doors were very difficult to open.
Lack of recycling facilities.

The property is right on the shore. It is a pity because you don’t see the beach from the garden. But it is amazing to have the beach right behind the wall.
Not enough washing tablets for the dish washer and not enough hooks for the towels in the bedroom, makes it tricky to dry them.

Great location, Great property but needs some Money spending on it....
Great Place but definitely needs Decorating, Is starting to look its age with paint work (Damp), Windows & Door frame's are particularly bad & Sofa's have seen better days very dirty & worn
