Cosy, snug, novel building, great private patio, good location to access to the local amenities.

Uncomfortable sofa bed despite owners best effort with mattress toppers etc, understandably a sofa bed compared to a full size double bed given the property’s small size. Also unusual that there were no bathroom towels despite there being tea towels. Very late checkin and really early checkout. Quite strong smell of damp throughout especially in kitchen cupboards.

Millstream is certainly a very special place to stay. Very close to the village of Tintagel – perhaps a 5-minute drive towards Boscastle – it lies tucked away beside a lovely stream, alongside which runs a beautiful footpath. The accommodation is certainly something special, having once been a mill. A living room, kitchen, shower and toilet – this little cottage has it all. The host, Robin, has thought of everything; you’ll find all the necessary amenities in this accommodation. The mill is in a very peaceful spot, set back from the road. If you’re longing for relaxation and tranquillity – for a chance to sit in the garden by the stream and simply enjoy the moment – this is the perfect place for you. We visited this year during a very warm, dry summer in England – and the mill offers a welcome bit of cool relief.

The property is really wonderful and the surroundings are beautiful. A little piece of paradise in our opinion. The location is very safe. There is a little private area by the stream and the forest is amazing Nice easy access to Tintagel which is a five minute drive away

Our stay could not have been better

The location was amazing and beautiful , the parking was great, the cooking area was ok the shower and bath were ok.

It smelt damp , the bathroom and toilet area flooring was dirty especially around the edges, mould around shower screen,cobwebs & dead insects around some window frames.very old tea towels and washing up scourer, kitchen mugs very tea stained.Also there was hard cheese left on the cheese grater which is disgusting!The sofa bed which was new was was incredibly uncomfortable for sitting on and very uncomfortable for sleeping in!
