The property is located by the river, with beautiful views of the jungle and a temple. Despite being in the center of Ubud, it was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were wonderful, friendly, and always ready to help. The location was perfect for shopping, sightseeing, and exploring the many nearby restaurants and cafés.
The humidity was noticeable, but that is natural in this location. The whole building and its furnishings are quite old, but the staff do their best to make up for these shortcomings.

The location was amazing - right on the side of the Campuhan Ridge that runs through Ubud. The villas have a beautiful view across the gorge to the start of the Campuhan Ridge walk. It was also quiet, and you would never know you were on the main road. The villas were on various levels, with the pool on one of the lower levels, closer to the gorge itself. The staff were lovely, especially Dewi in Reception, and the friendly and super helpful staff in the restaurant. I really loved my stay and will be going back. There were also many restaurants (including vegan) and warungs within 1 or 2 minutes walk.
Nothing, except - because of its location - the steps may be hard for some people. I personally didn't find the steps an issue.

A very cool property that over looks the river, jungle and a temple. The restaurant was amazing and staff were so sweet and helpful.
The 2bedroom villa was really struggling with multiple issues. The worse noisy uncomfortable beds, toilet didn’t flush, no TV working, brown water coming out of taps in bath & kitchen. Kitchen facilities were very dirty and felt unsanitary. When we wanted to relax, right out the open area of living room the restaurant sets up romantic dinners. Didn’t mix with our kids and it felt very uncomfortable. Pool was very green and felt dirty& far away & disconnected from villa. Did not realise it is apart of a backpackers as well. Doesn’t lock, only bedrooms lock, but are separate so felt uncomfortable w kids at night
