Exceptional hotel and host, beyond our expectations. The location just outside Prague centre is just a 10 minute stroll to the tram, which is then direct 15 minutes into the centre of Prague. Around the hotel is primarily residential with some local supermarkets and bars. The hotel itself is immaculate and well appointed.

Very small parking spots - impossible to utilize all spots without blocking other cars (not perceived as an issue by the owner when pointed out)
Some pieces of furniture are obviously past their lifespan
DIY breakfast - ham, cheese, cottage cheese, plain yogurt, jam, eggs, two tomatoes, an apple, water/juice stored in a mini-fridge; you can pick whatever you want but after a few days, the choices are pretty limited; you also get a fresh baguette every morning - once I didn't eat it right away, I stopped receiving these for the rest of my stay (I am not really sure if that was the reason or a discussion about perceived issues with the owner, however, it saved the establishment 10 CZK per baguette per day; the owner was not present during the check-out, so I can only take a guess)
Some days my stuff was moved around the room after cleaning which was super weird
Water pressure and water temperature stability are horrible - clearly an issue with the infrastructure and its capacity even though in some replies to other reviews it is suggested that it can be easily fixed (I highly doubt it, but it's a fitting excuse)
One day bugs were coming from the wash basin (while taking pictures I noticed horrendous mold inside of the wash basin) - after considering moving to another accommodation and alerting reception, the owner's wife immediately apologized and took care of it (correct approach), but when discussing the same issue with the owner the next day, he shrugged it off since he didn't perceive it as an issue and considered it normal
