Comfy bed. Aircon(room 15 - all rooms might not). Access to common kitchen(stove top and microwave). Adele our contact was extremely helpful. As we had checked in online in advance, we were able to use a key box to get the key for our room even though arriving about 23.30. Easy access to centre - walk out the door and you are almost on the platform for the train, then 10 minutes to the centre (we used the PID Litacka app to buy tickets). The ladies cleaning the rooms were very friendly! We enjoyed walking round the lake! Two comments(neither like or dislike): 1. We were facing the railway - it really didn't bother us but it might bother you if you like absolute silence. We noticed it a little the first night but not after. We had the window shut because of the aircon. 2. The reception is virtual. Again that was fine with us as Adele was very responsive to any questions.

A short train ride from central Prague in a lovely location. Excellent value for money, always use it.

If you look on a map you might be thinking 'oh gosh, this is far out of the centre of Prague'. Well, let me dispel that for you: it is literally next to a railway station that will put you in the centre in 11 minutes, which is faster than a lot of trams will get you there from places in Prague 4/5/6/7. This was a warm and comfortable room with a good hot shower. It snowed while I was there but was nice and warm inside. Comfortable bed and all the facilities were just as advertised.

Nothing really. I didn't see any staff at all, but it was a quiet period.
