I hate to ding them so badly, but…

Only the beds were good here.

These things didn’t work or were broken: Shower hand sprayer holder. (There was no shower head), refrigerator, shower drain cover. Electric extension chords were a mess. On the way downstairs there is a tall and wide window. There was a Christmas angel (it’s August) and probably over 50 dead flies on the sill. I’ve never stayed in a hotel, or motel for that matter, that had no shampoo, no shower soap. I don’t mind that the room was a hodgepodge of bad art. Oh, the worst of it was there is something wrong with the ventilation. The bathroom more often than not smelled strongly of feces. We stayed 3 nights, so we got a pretty good idea of how often that was. The grass was not cut on the river side of the road so it was not inviting. The pictures make it look like a happy, lively place. Perhaps at on time but they are so misleading. Compared to their pictures the place is a dump. I’m really not sure how it was rated 6.7 and “Pleasant,” but this was an awful first experience with Booking.com.

Decent room. Bad door security. Fine for a quick overnight stay while traveling.

Price was right. Room clean.

No elevator for luggage. No separate door lock in the room to prevent someone from unlocking door from outside. This was a big problem for me but it was already late at night. Vanity mirror in bathroom so high no one can use it. It wasn’t necessary but make it a reasonable height if you’re going to have it. Needs two body towels per guest. Shower drain not attached so had to be careful not to fall because of it.

Woman didnt open Hotel for us, and didnt want even speak. We booked room and paid for room in advance... And on the Hotel there is info that you can check in 24 hours... Very sad expirience...

staff were ignorant , says they speak different languages but only German spoken . stinks of stale fag smoke , reception is a table next to bar people smoking all the time . rooms stunk of stale smoke , cleanliness didn’t exist , food wasn’t that good and definitely not like in the photos .. a place to put on my avoid list for future

Good price, good location (for what we needed), simple check in/out. Room was clean but a little 'tired'.

With no breakfast not having a coffee machine or kettle in the room was a bit of a problem. The fridge was on an enclosed balcony and although fairly new was occasionally very noisy. Main light in ceiling was bright (which is good) but harsh white.

Very good

An hotel close to the border with Luxembourg (literally, across the river; or 5 km to Echternach). Big Twin room with private bathroom included. Carpark just in front is a plus. Quiet area and nice staff.

The Internet is still an extra (payable hotspot, for example). When the signal reception in the area is also poor, maybe increase the price of the room (if necessary) but include Internet (just a suggestion).

Small cheap hotel and restaurant

It is overall a nice small hotel and restaurant. The price/quality radio is really great. And the schnitzels are just the best. Also the breakfast is nice. It was really comfortable stay for one night during a bike trip.

No free WiFi, no toiletries. It can be cleaner, I guess.

Wij waren zeer tevreden voor 1 nacht, alles wat we nodig hadden. Alles was netjes en proper. Vriendelijk personeel.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage am Fluss ist idyllisch.

Die Rezeption ist schmutzig und nicht aufgeräumt. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und voll an Kuriositäten. Das Frühstück ist lieblos und sehr einfach. In der Umgebung ist quasi kaum Infrastruktur, die wenigen Restaurants in einigen Kilometern Entfernung sollte man im Sommer besser vorreservieren.

Het was OK maar niet om nogmaals te boeken

De kamer was ruim en netjes. het ontbijt was ook in orde en de ligging was tof.

De TV op de kamer functioneerde niet, zelf na tussenkomst konden we praktisch geen enkele zender bekijken. De uitbaatster was heel vriendelijk maar de uitbater was dat veel minder.

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise dort, war alles gut und unkompliziert.

Es gab kein Frühstück, das konnten wir aber in einer guten Bäckerei in Irrel nachholen.

Heel rustig gelegen hotel met heel goede bedden

Er staat bij de beschrijving dat je er elektrisch kan laden maar dit is niet het geval en dat was toch wel een domper want we hebben dan de volgende dag tijd verloren om ergens onze wagen te gaan laden. Misschien dit best weg halen uit de beschrijving.

Tolle Lage direkt an der Sauer, gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frischem Bohnenkaffee, gute Matratze, freundliche Gastgeberin

Extrem hellhörige Zimmer und trotz Bitte um ein ruhiges Zimmer Zimmer mit etwa acht Meter Abstand zur Bundesstraße auf gleicher Höhe! Nur Stoßlüften möglich, nur unruhiger Schlaf auf Grund des unsteten Verkehrsgeräusches. Aus meiner Sicht zu dem Preis ( € 91,-) absolut unakzeptabel! Andere Freunde haben das besser gecheckt.

Teleurstellend en te duur

Het bed

Geen laadpaal (al 4 jaar stuk), gesloten restaurant, rokerige ontvangst ruimte, vies terras, foto’s op site zijn geflatteerd. Veel te duur voor het geleverde. Naast de slaapkamer (nr12) is een weg waar al vroeg verkeer overheen rijdt. Deze lokatie hadden we speciaal geselecteerd voor elektrisch laden en restaurant. De buitenboel lag vol met peuken en alles was gewoon smoezelig.

Prima voor ons doel. Heerlijk geslapen en goed gedoucht.

Kamer was lekker stil, denk met name door extra afgesloten balkon.

Deur naar badkamer en dus ook toilet is doorzichtig: niet fijn bij toiletbezoek in de nacht. Zet de hele kamer in het licht. Geur in de hal én in badkamer leek op gefrituurde dingen. Niet lekker. Gelukkig in slaapkamer geen last van. Uitzicht over rivier, heel aangenaam. Toegang naar ontbijt door erg rommelige en onaangename receptie. Ontbijt zelf meer dan genoeg keuze uit brood, broodjes en beleg.
