Comfortable, Convenient and Competitive

The Guesthouse is well-located in Dingle with ample free parking. The staff are friendly and there's a plentiful hot and cold breakfast. All things considered, I found the Guesthouse to be competitively priced.

It's a little bit like staying at your Nan's. That being said, I loved staying at my Nan's. Travelers should be aware that the walls are thin, as are the towels, with dated, eclectic decor. There is no elevator and toiletries are found on the landings.

Excellent stay close to everything

Room was perfect. Clean and perfect size. Breakfast was great with many options. The staff was just amazing. Paul that checked me In was so helpful and accommodating. Walking distance to the Main Street and restaurants.

Great accommodation on the outskirts of Dingle

Excellent location on the outskirts of Dingle, staff really friendly and chatty. Very comfortable room and lovely breakfast. Loads of parking space, and walking distance to town for dinner and drinks. Great scenery of course.

Easy & comfy stay on Dingle coast with

Alpine was the perfect location for a couple days in Dingle. It’s close to the town (walking 5 minutes) and right along the Slea head drive - which I highly recommend. We saw tons of sights, ate amazing seafood and slept comfortably. The breakfast was excellent and made to order so you can choose between different egg dishes, Irish breakfast or a number of items to serve yourself (pastries, granola, fruit). The staff was most welcoming and gave great recommendations when asked! I’d love to come Back.

Wonderful location but disappointing facility

The location was great- very close to town.

Property has aged and has not been maintained. Needs new carpet throughout (there is a strong musty smell in both the public spaces and our room), the beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable, the shower curtain was not clean, the tiles in the bathroom were loose.

So much potential, however ....

Location was great and having parking was a bonus. Breakfast was good.

We stayed in Room 2; bedroom window did not open, bathroom window did not open. Pillows are old and extremely hard. Duvet was dirty (I don't think it's ever been washed). Walls are like paper and you can hear everything from adjoining rooms. Don't think I'll be back.

Excellent B&B. Highly recommend.

This is an exceptional B&B. From the minute we arrived we were welcomed. Check in was very quick and Paul advised us of the area and restaurants. I loved all the little extras that were left on each floor (extra toiletries and Tea/Coffee) and also noticed a box of different plugs free to use at the reception area which is very useful. Paul had lots of leaflets in the entrance area which informed you of all the activities around. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was on the 2nd floor and it was very clean and comfortable. The view from the breakfast room was beautiful. There was a large sitting room area, we didn't use this but saw that people had left hiking bags etc there and the inner door is locked for security. Plenty of parking and only a very short walk to the town centre. Service station/shop next door which is handy. There is a lovely seating area to the front with views of the mountains. We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay at Alpine Excellent B&B and thanks to Paul and all this staff.

Altho I was connected to wifi, I could only read my emails and some Facebook. It would not allow me to post on Facebook. Searching for info didn't work well as it took very long to load any info. This was the only place where this problem occurred.

The O’Shea’s were more than accommodating. It was a very short walk to the downtown area and the harbor. Great breakfast!

The host of the house was an absolute gent and was quite knowledgeable about the surrounding Dingle area. The house had a nice homely vintage theme to it and the room was spotless! The breakfast was quite good and the parking was very convenient. For the price I was shocked to have such a flawless stay!

Hmm... If I had to nick pick... I would have liked to have seen some sausage options for the breakfast menu... But that didn't take away from the overall breakfast experience!
