Position, cleanliness of the room.
The room was really small, there were renovation noises, and every time we showered either the mat was soak wet or the bathroom was flooded.

Great location with a suite that has everything we needed for our family. Clean and comfortable. Free street parking around the area
A little hard to locate as the entrance as it was not on the street side. Construction in the area was noisy if you had the balcony open

Our stay was dominated by poor lifts - one lift for 8 floors, guests and staff is grossly inadequate.
