The staff are nice. The location is good.
Be aware that while booking.com shows a balcony icon, some rooms are on the ground floor and actually have a terrace. Our room was on the ground floor. We didn't feel safe leaving the windows open at night so we were very hot at night, in May. There is no air-conditioning. Neither TV in our room worked.

Our stay was dominated by poor lifts - one lift for 8 floors, guests and staff is grossly inadequate.
