The room was clean, the stuff was really kind and they let us leave the luggage the day of arrival before checkin and the day of leaving after checkout.
The pillows were not really comfortable. We found the hotel a little bit expensive for what it offered.

Excellent location, hotel has a certain appeal - lots of mirrors. Our room was nice and very clean. Staff was very friendly.
Only bathtub; as we stayed in the allergy-friendly room, we could not open the window. Staff was supportive to get us into another room, however, after the first night it was okay. The bar was closed during our stay due to special circumstances.

Staff so very friendly and helpful, centrally located for what we were doing.
Yea and coffee facilities were a little short only 2 teabags and coffee sachets so had to ask for extra over our 3 days, but not a problem to get more. Bed a little soft for me but slept ok and you can’t please everyone with a mattress! Our room felt a little dated/tired but to be honest it won’t put me off staying again so no biggy!
