The location and price are fantastic. It is only a 7 minute drive to the beautiful center of Treviso and its approximately a third of the price of the stays in the center. Clean, well maintained and friendly staff. I highly recommend even if you are going to spend the day in Venice because the train station is just a 6 minute drive.

The property was easy to reach with free parking.
The staff are accommodating and friendly.
The location is nothing special. More suburban than rural. The noise from the restaurant below was pretty bad.
People talking loudly late into the night. We were staying on the first floor, facing the road. The resident rooster starts crowing at dawn. Not good for light sleepers.
