Excellent location, with a clean and comfortable room and a well-designed layout. Despite its size, we could easily open two large suitcases and a cabin bag. There is easy access to public transport, as well as restaurants and 7-Eleven nearby, which are open 24/7.
The check-in process is app-based, but as we arrived for check-in at 2:00 a.m., the staff were keeping an eye out for us and made sure we had no issues getting into the property. Mary, Shannen and Jamie were very helpful and responsive throughout our stay.
For someone like us who doesn't spend much time in the room and mainly look for a clean room, a hot shower, and a good night's sleep, it ticked all the boxes.
If I had to mention anything, it would be that there were no flip-flops provided in the room. Also, the bed might feel a little short for taller guests. These were only minor points and did not affect our overall positive experience.

The rooms I booked were small but super cosy. Everything we needed andore was provided. The communication with the staff was excellent. We arrived a bit earlier and Mary Shannen and Jamie organized everything so we could get to our rooms as soon as we arrived. They also helped us with the registration app and thanks to their guidelines about the transportation from the airport we saved some money as well.

Your staff were all exceptional in providing me with all that I needed and were very friendly and courteous. I would recommend your hotel but the staff were an asset to your company

Good location. Excellent fridge. Staff overall including cleaning lady and WhatsApp support EXCELLENT. Nice decor in apartment. Good shower with products. Free washing machine facilities. Great access for us (104) via external of building. Luggage store available. Somebody took the luggage to our room.
Checkin overly complicated. Had to change phone setting to make it work. Apartment too small to open cases. Bed only accessible from one side. TV only had netflix but we didn't use it anyway. Didn't like glass door on bathroom. Luggage facility not lockable. Staff didn't tell us they had moved luggage
