Τοποθεσία, φύση, θέα, διαρρύθμιση χώρων.
Όχι πολύ άνετα κρεβάτια, δεν είχε καλό φωτισμό πχ λάμπες κομοδίνου ή πλαϊνές, μόνο κεντρική, λίγες παροχές, πχ σαμπουάν, καφετιέρα δεν υπήρχαν.
