A lovely house

The house is very nice and the location is convenient, you can move around exclusively on foot! There are parkings right outside the house! Also, there is a supermarket, bakery, even a 24 hour laundry facility, everything is close by. The yard is perfect for sitting and the house provides everything! The owner was very kind and guide us on everything. The WiFi is great.

Great placed apartment with parking place

It was a beautiful house, which placed not far from old town. In 7 minutes we get to the Spyridon Church. The other great thing was that we park over car inside , and we have usable gates, with easy access . We have dinner outside, on the table . It was great weekends

Exceptional

The place was exceptionally clean when we arrived. George was very cooperative even though we had forgotten to update our time of arrival. It is a great little house situated in a really nice area near the center and the old town. The owners had thought about all the little details that you might need, there even was toothpaste and detergent. The ac was lifesaving, and we were very happy that we could bring our dog with us. We would definitely like to return and recommend Zaira's little house to anyone who is wondering where to stay in Kerkira.

A great stay in Zaira's little house

Great location. Everything you need was in the house. In the open courtyard, it was great to spend time with morning coffee or dinners. Grocery stores are within a 5-10 minute walk. It takes about 10 minutes to the old town. Near the house there are a bus stop and parking. George is a very friendly and hospitable person, he explained, told, advised everything.

Really nice apartment in a good location with great value for money

Really nice, cozy and clean apartment which is beautifully decorated. The host was very friendly and picking up the keys was effortless. The location is fantastic as it's only around 1km to the old town and about the same to the airport. There was drinking water left in the fridge and shower had everything you would need; shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. I also really enjoyed the seating area in the garden. :)

Great location, friendly host, good price.

We got lost looking for the appartment as google maps wasn't working and the host came and found us despite the bad traffic and lead us to the acccommodation. Even though the appartment is small and basic, is has everything you neeed for a few nights and the location is excellent, near the centre of Corfu town, but on the side of the airport. You don't need a car for the town, but we had one and there was a great parking place which is precious in Corfu town.

I guess for longer stays, It's a little dark and small, but that is reflected in the low price so not a serious complaint.

Great hosts and lovely central apartment

The host family were friendly, lovely people: very professional and efficient. The apt, which is really clean, has a lovely patio and is right in the heart of the old town. Would defo stay there again!

Great host, waiting for us after midnight. Thank you, George! The position of the house was perfect for us, half way between the airport, green bus station and city center. Nice, clean, well equiped house.

The house is too small for 4 persons, the extensible sofa bed is uncomfortable for 2. Lack of air conditioner in one of the rooms.

great big area for the price in a good location, owner was helpful and very responsive. laundry machine is available and lots of space to dry your clothes if you need to. place is very well stocked as well

wifi was extremely slow- owner was attentive when asked about this and said at the time that the neighborhood max internet speed was 8mbps so not much we could do about it. but this was the only negative.

коплимент хозяина, вода. все технические присобления: біли стиральная машина и капсулі, фен, парфюмерніе принадлежности. все кухонніе приборі работали. только положительніе впечатления. у хозяина оказался в доступе даже кабель для отдельной линии интернет провайдера (удаленная работа). спасибо

Το σπίτι ήταν προσεγμένο, καθαρό, και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενέστατος και πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Σε καλή τοποθεσία, ήσυχη γειτονιά πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και σε ΚΤΕΛ, αεροδρόμιο. Σίγουρα το προτείνω και θα το επιλέξω ξανά!

Casa sporca con tanta muffa nei muri

La struttura era molto sporca, vecchia e con tanta umidità. La cucina non si poteva usare dal odore della muffa ed era sporca, unta. Io capisco che forse per ristrutturare costa, però pulire per bene e il minimo. La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole visitare Corfù città, però troppo caro per una casa sporca.

Υπέροχη διαμονή θα ξανά ερχόμουν ευχαρίστως

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, πας περπατώντας παντού. Δημόσιο πάρκινγκ δίπλα στο σπίτι, πολύ βολικό γιατί δεν είχαμε άγχος για το που θα αφήσουμε το αμάξι. Το διαμέρισμα μικρό αλά με όλα τα απαραίτητα και υπέροχο κήπο να πιες το πρωινό καφέ. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικός, να μας βοηθήσει για ο τι είχαμε ανάγκη, εκτιμήσαμε πολύ το μπουκάλι με το κρασί που είχε αφήσει για το καλωσόρισμα

Το μόνο μικρό πρόβλημα ήταν το κρεβάτι, λίγο άβολο και έτριζε πολύ, αλά αυτό δεν επηρέασε καθόλου τη διάθεση μας.

*Lage und Unterkunft perfekt*!! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Lage war top, zu Fuß mit dem Kinderwagen in Stadtnähe alles erreichbar. Ansonsten mit dem City Bus(Stadt) direkt vor der Tür oder mit dem greenbus ein paar Gehminuten für wirklich wenig Geld. Die Unterkunft war einfach mit einem gewissen Charme. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Für deutsche Verhältnisse picobello sauber!!! Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Waschmaschine!!! Die Terrasse war Gold wert.(Kinder spielen) Sonne satt. Aber auch immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Uns hat es super gefallen von dort aus die Inseln zu erkunden. Piratenschifftour, Strandbesuche, Altstadtbummel uvm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es gibt sicherlich die ein oder andere Kleinigkeit. Da müsste ich kurz nachdenken. Mir fällt nichts ein.

Κεντρικό σημείο, ήσυχη γειτονιά, εύκολο πάρκινγκ, ευκολία στη βόλτα με τον σκύλο

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο (εύκολο περπάτημα ως τη σπιανάδα σε 15 λεπτά) και σε διάφορες ευκολίες όπως σουπερ μάρκετ ή σουβλατζίδικο. Η περιοχή ήταν πολύ ήσυχη αν και κεντρική, το πάρκινγκ ήταν εύκολο, υπήρχαν δύο αλάνες για πάρκινγκ ακριβώς δίπλα στο σπίτι. Επίσης, αυτές οι δύο αλάνες ήταν πολύ καλές και για περπάτημα με τον σκύλο για τις ανάγκες του, ενώ η περιοχή είχε αρκετό πράσινο και ησυχία και ένα παρκάκι δίπλα, οπότε ήταν εύκολη στις βόλτες με τον σκύλο. Το σπίτι ήταν εξοπλισμένο, χρησιμοποίησα την κουζίνα και μαγείρεψα εύκολα. Το μπάνιο ήταν οκ σε μέγεθος, ευρύχωρο. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πάρα πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός, είχε αφήσει μέχρι και λιχουδιές για τον σκύλο κατά την άφιξή μου. Τα δύο δωμάτια βόλευαν για να κοιμόμαστε με τον συνάδελφο, καθώς και ο καναπές-κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι ήταν ευρύχωρος.
