Excellent villa with a good location

Location is perfect to explore Paros but close to Naoussa where the best is happening. Ideal property to be comfortable for a stay with the family. The villa is equipped with all you may need during the holidays. We really enjoyed!

You need a car to move around but there is no other way if you want the space and facilities of a big villa

Fantastic holiday!

The villa was lovely and very spacious. The pool was fantastic. Easy access to lots of different beaches. Lots of information about beaches, restaurants and tours. The boat trip was a highlight.

Great place to stay in Naoussa

Very friendly, welcoming, helpful owner, Kyriakos. Plenty of information on the island, places to visit, eat, beaches etc. Great pool and lounge area. Villas are spotless. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing Stay!

We were on a big group so we got 2 houses. Before we even arrived the host asked if we needed a transfer from the airport and helped us to arrange that. The house was great, super clean, the pool was incredible. We were worried about sharing the pool with the house beside ours (which wasn't our group) but turned out we had different schedules and ended up having the pool mostly to ourselves everyday after the beach! The fact there is a bus just on the corner of the main road also helped a lot for us to get around when going for drinks at night in Naoussa and being close to the bars a taxi at night wasn't that expensive either. (Around $10-15 euro). The supermarket is also on a short walk from the property and it was great for us to get some food and wine for our stay. We definitely would go back at any time!

Beautiful property with an amazing and helpful host!

After our visit in Santorini, Naoussa Bay Villas was a perfect change of scenery and pace. It is obvious that the owners take great care of their property. The gardens, the pool and the villas are all pristine. It was a perfect location for a quiet family get-away.

It was nice to be tucked away but it would have also been nice to walk to more places. Thankfully we rented a car for this island so it was very easy to get around!

Fabulous accommodation near Naousa, really well run.

High quality accommodation, well managed, lovely pool. Friends stayed in another villa and we were brilliantly looked after by Kyriakos the owner. It is a 20 mins walk to central Naoussa which we were fine with, some say the road is busy but you can easily walk on the sides. A €15 taxi is an option, we also hired cars for €50/day to get around the island and Anti-Paros too (a must). Brilliant advice on restaurants and places to visit. Lovely winery (Moraitis) worth visiting too.

Relaxing stay in Naousa

Great views of the vineyard and countryside. Pool was fantastic for the kids, specially toward the end of the day. The villa is well equipped and spacious. You can tell the owner (Kyriakos) spared no expense in keeping the villas up to date. Kyriakos is a wealth of knowledge providing specific details regarding sites and restaurants to visit in Paros. His suggestion to visit the mountain village of Lefkes was on point. Kyriakos was very responsive to our needs during our 3-night stay.

There is a bizarre 2-hour quiet time between 3-5pm due to a problematic neighbor. Kyriakos was upfront and transparent with us regarding the regulations and circumstances. Not a complaint, just something to factor in when using the pool in the afternoon.

Very good

The host was great and answered all of our questions and when I mentioned I couldn't find some things in the kitchen he brought them out for us. He also took us to the supermarket to pick up a few items. Very clean and the timing was great because it didn't interfere with our baby's naps. Pool was fantastic-good temperature and very relaxing. Allowed us a late check out which was very helpful with the timing of our ferry departure/baby nap schedule. Villa was very spacious. There is lots to do and see in Paros. We really had a wonderful time here and June was definitely a good time to visit (great weather and before the busy tourist season).

The location is not in central Naoussa (25 min walk), so you will need to rent a car/ATV to explore the island and there really is so much to do and see in Paros (taxis are not cheap). The beds could have been more comfortable-the mattress was a little stiff and the pillows were a little low/not enough cushion (personal preference).

Lovely quiet villa with shared pool overlooking vineyards and just outside Naoussa.

Beautiful villa with shared pool 20 minutes walk from the lovely village of Naoussa. The property was clean, well equipped and had nice views over the owner’s vineyard and sea in the distance. The pool was nice to relax by and had plenty if sun beds and umbrellas. Inside we enjoyed the kitchen and cooked a few meals, eating outside on the spacious patio. The airconditioning was good and even reached the double bedroom without it’s own unit. There were six of us sharing and the area was spacious and really nicely layed out with two bathrooms. The owner Kyriakos lives on site and often stopped to have a friendly chat. He had some great food recommendations and pointed us towards good beaches and places to visit.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It was as we hoped for. We enjoyed the use of a hire car for a few days, so we could explore a bit further afield.

Beautiful villas, very clean and spacious with great facilities. The pool was fabulous and it was in a quiet location a short drive from town. Kyriakos was lovely and very helpful with recommending places to go / eat. Would definitely recommend staying here! We hope to be back again one day

Super place to stay and a great host who was so welcoming.

Spacious and clean villa with everything you need for a family stay. The villa was cleaned everyday and the owner left a lovely welcome basket and water in the fridge for our arrival. It’s our 3rd trip to Naoussa and this was by far the best place we have stayed. The pool was a winner for the kids and great for an end of day dip after the beach. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay again.

Relaxing

The host is excellent. Really friendly and helpful. The facilities are great. The villas are on a small vineyard, so it's peaceful and quiet. Nice pool to relax during the day. It's a 1km walk to the main town, but it's a nice scenic walk along the water. Definitely recommend

Comfortable and Relaxing

The host was very friendly and also very helpful. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the quieter pace of Paros. Great location with transport as it is a quick drive into the town of Naoussa. Would recommend it when travelling as a family (especially with children).

High quality accommodation with nice pool area and extremely friendly and helpful owner.

We were a family of 5 in a nice villa with 3 bedrooms and plenty of space. Everything was well maintained and clean. The pool area is well kept and with plenty of sunbeds of high quality. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, and he also produce a decent white wine which he generously offered. The place is quiet and more laid-back than other places we stayed and definitely recommendable - both for families with smaller children or in our case with 3 teenagers.

A car or other means of transportation is recommended to get around, especially if you have smaller children.

Der Gastgeber Kyriakos hat uns in der Unterkunft herzlich empfangen und hat uns instruiert sowie wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Wir haben die Grösse des Appartements und dazugehörende Privatsphäre auf zwei Etagen mit nützlicher Ausstattung, Klimaanlagen sowie täglichem Reinigungsservice sehr genossen. Das Appartement ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Am Pool befinden sich viele Liegen und Sitzbereiche, genügend für alle Gäste. Die Anlage ist schön gepflegt, mit vielen Pflanzen und sehr ruhig. Wir hatten bei unserem Appartement "Parikia" drei Terrassen mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, was wir je nach Sonnenstand oder Wind sehr genossen und genutzt haben. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Grundsätzlich gibt es nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hätte. Wichtig jedoch ist zu wissen, dass sich die Unterkunft etwas ausserhalb von Naoussa befindet und man zu Fuss bis ins Dorf sicherlich 20 Minuten entlang der Hauptstrasse laufen muss. Daher empfielt sich ein Mietauto.
