The most incredible holiday at AB Villa! The house was perfection and extremely well equipped with everything you would need to make yourself at home. Location was lovely with a view of the beach in the distance and the pool area was impressive with a large outdoor table and electric bbq. AC worked really well and fast for those warmer days in July. The house manager Vicky went above and beyond to send us links to beaches, restaurants, even stores as one of us didn’t receive our suitcase until a day later! The photos don’t do the home justice- it’s truly a slice of heaven! Can’t wait to go back

New modern villa in a great location just outside Naoussa
Amazing outside space and great sized pool.
Management company absolutely superb with brilliant communication.
It was disappointing to not have a dishwasher in a house of this cost/size. Bathrooms also a little disappointing but photos are accurate
Overall a really enjoyable stay but a dishwasher and better bathrooms would make it 5*

The property is on the whole very nice. Outside areas are stunning. Inside living/kitchen area is rather cramped and certainly would not be big enough for 6 people. Two upstairs bedrooms are fine but one downstairs is very dark with only a tiny window maybe ok in midsummer heat. Also be aware that the showers are hand held.
We had issues with building work at the new property development directly in front of the villa. Cement mixers pounding and JCB's going up and down were not the noises we expected to hear. Vicky, the manager was very sympathetic but it was understandably out of her control. We were offered a boat trip or a meal out as compensation, however without doubt we would not have booked had we known or been warned about this building work in advance
