Certainly, this is not a hotel or a place suitable for living at all. It is merely a room in an old apartment belonging to a French family. The room has no basic facilities for living. When I saw it, I did not stay; I left immediately and requested a refund, but you did not respond to me

French old fashioned Charm

Location. Adjoining Champs - Elysées

We appreciate an old building in this location will be a little underwhelming. Such things as one + person lift, creaky timber floors, tiny bathroom, no amenities such as kettle, glasses or t.v.

Good place.

Perfect location! Historical building, you will have the opportunity to experience Parisian charm. Supermarket just across the road. Coffee shop is around the corner. Very charming host.

Super centric.

The "Arc del Triomphe" and the metro stations are super close. In front of the hotel is a small supermarket (which is ideal if you need to buy something for your departure travel). The lady is super nice.

There were some points that were not the best bearing in mind the price (and we know that Paris is not cheap): - The check-in is super late. It's the first time we face a check-in from 17:00 h. We understand that's a familiar business, but if the check-out is expected at later 10:00 h, having a check-in at 17:00 h is super late. - We would recommend to update the towels, they were a bit old and scratchy. - Also, during our stay there were kids running early in the morning (before breakfast, at 7-8AM) in the hall/corridor/somewhere (we don't know if from the family living there or another guests).

The location is excellent. The rest is very basic.

Welcoming host Excellent location Spacious bathroom The water (shower/tap) is hot Right opposite there is a groceries store It is not a hotel, it is a private room, so any extra requests will be turned down (e.g. late checkout, warm temperature in the room).

Freezing room (in winter). I asked for an extra heater but was refused. The existing room heating was luke/some were off. I was told to hear wool instead. As a result I got bronchitis during the trip and suffered on the trip back home. No basic tea set, like a water boiler and a cup, at least. I searched to buy one myself (the water boiler and the radiator), but did not find one due to my short trip. The walls are super thin, you can hear anything. The room needs some serious cleaning.

Lovely, welcoming authentic French bed & breakfast in the best location - felt safe & looked after.

Absolutely loved the authentic French decor, and the comfy room. And also loved having coffee delivered each morning by the lovely Madame Decroix.

Perhaps being a bit more flexible with catering to dietary requirements for the breakfast.

Great Parisian experience

The room was very neat and clean (we had a very big bathroom! :)). Every day we enjoyed our lovely breakfast sitting near the balcony window and looking at the Parisian roofs - marvellous experience! Great central location, a very welcoming and helpful hostess. My husband and I enjoyed our stay a lot. Merci beaucoup, Madame Decroix! :)

Cute Paris experience

Considering the price, this B+B was a great choice! The place gives you the ultimate Paris vintage vibe - yes, the floor aches but it's normal for an old house. In some comments we read it was noisy and the walls too thin, we cannot confirm that. It was always quite. Ofc, when you sleep with balcony door open, you can have some noise. It's still located in a quite side street. The breakfast contained 3 small pieces of pastries - buns and one sweet one, orange juice and coffee and or tea. Room was quite spacious and also has a good closet. The room is located inside of the owner's apartment, the room has a balcony and a bathroom (shower + sink) included - you can lock this. The toilet however is not situated inside the room but is in the hallway - still private.

Actually it was all great! The doors could need some maintenance so they close more easily - a very minor detail.

The location is the best! The room was big enough. The bed was comfortable.

There is no tea and coffee making facilities. So if you like a cup off tea at night it is your bad luck. The room was not very clean It bothered me that the toilet was not in the room.

It was well located and the hostess was friendly.

It was bad information at the Booking.com. It said nothing about that the room didn't belong to the Bed&Breakfast hotel. We were the only guests and the room was very cold. It is likely to be nice if the temperature outside is warmer. We arrived Friday evening but noone heared when we were ringing at the door bell in accordance with instructions. It didn't feel so welcoming at first but with the right expectations it's a nice apartment and room (though oldfashioned) and with warmer weather I believe the experience would have been totally different.

We’ve experienced Paris in an authentic way. Our room was clean and beautiful, a very vintage look and every detail was unique. Our french breakfast was also delicious! The owners are very friendly, helpful and they left a beautiful postcard for our first marriage anniversary. If 10 is excellent, we will give 11! We will definitely go back.

Great location, room, host!

Location was great! Room was perfect, host was sweet and great.

The only thing was, by the last night of our stay, the toilet paper rolls provided in the toilet were finished. We were expecting a new roll to be put in, but that did not happened. Of course had we requested the owner, that would have been taken care of. But it didn't happen without asking is all I am saying :)

We enjoyed the stay and the landlady's kindness. Greatest advantage is the city location.

Spacious room, 4th floor apartment Parisian bourgeois style with French window and small balcony with table and two chairs. Great location, close to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysées, metro and RER. Breakfast very good, delivered to the room on serving trolley.

A few steps to walk to the WC, however no real inconveniance, part of Parisian style.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the Champs Elysées ans metro stations. Extremely friendly host! Very good French breakfast with very high quality products. Big room with a private bathroom and beautiful Parisien balcony

The location of the property is fantastic, 5 min away from metro and Champs Elysees. Nice breakfast brought to the room!
