The location is perfect, right next to the Arc de Triomphe. Also near metro stations, which are connected with all the hot points of Paris. For the price, it's perfect.

Maybe the check-in is a little confusing, since there isn't a receptionist. But once you do it, the rest is easy.

Very poor experience overall

Good location

Very poor experience overall. The soundproofing is extremely bad—we could hear everything from other rooms. For the first time in my life, I saw a bathroom placed inside the wardrobe. Instead of a proper bathroom door, there were only wardrobe doors. This isn’t just an aesthetic issue, but a serious hygiene concern. The internet did not work at all. We sent an email and tried to explain the problem to the staff , but we never received a reply or any solution. We stayed for three nights, and the towels were never replaced. Last but not least, it’s hard to believe that people working in tourism do not speak basic English, which made communication very difficult. The breakfast was poor as well.

This property is a true gem in Paris—so unique and incredible! The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the Arc de Triomphe. The place is charming, and the bedroom and bed are as comfortable as heaven. It’s a truly special spot in the heart of Paris. I can’t stop recommending this place to all my friends!

Fabulous!

Everything! It’s a beautiful family home that has belonged to the family for 200 years! We stayed in the Marie Antoinette room which was spacious, clean and lovely. Very Parisian! You can’t beat the location either. Just a five minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. It was about a 20-25 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Easy walk along the streets of Paris. Breakfast was simple, but perfect for Paris…. croissant, baguette, pain au chocolat, yogurt, meat and cheese, juice, coffee or tea. The communication with the host was easy and they responded quickly. We LOVED our time in Paris and LOVED our stay at this beautiful bed and breakfast.

Perfect location, really private, most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Cute courtyard view, no noise, clean, amazing prize.

The room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom Bed was comfortable Decor was lovely Staff were helpful and polite Breakfast was sufficient and tasty There was a shop directly opposite for supplies if needed A short walk to the Champ Eyelees

Found it a bit eerie “letting “ ourselves into building and bedroom Room was not serviced during our stay so bin was not emptied or coffee/tea in room not refilled Had to book out by 11am but flights out of Paris was much later couldn’t leave bags as there is no reception was given an address to another hotel to leave them there but presumably have to pay for facility

Good and beautiful place to stay

Nice place for several days. Close to the main famous street, triumphal ark ~7min, ~25 minutes walk away from the Eiffel Tower, ~40 min Louvre. Also there are metro/rer/bus stations in short walk. We were offered to check in earlier and guided how to find key for the apartment. Ladies who every day managing apartment are nice and helpful. Breakfast is good and enough to have a good start of the day.

there was some issue with shower cabin, the water not leaking out while taking a shower and leaking slow when done. No cleaning, we had just things(bed, towels) arranged at the last day, but no actual cleaning for 5 days.

The location was very good as we were only 25 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower

The breakfast options could have been better other than just croissants and Danish pastry Air conditioning would have been very nice as it was very hot in Paris The shower drainage wasn't very good as it flooded whenever we used the shower

the fact that there were no toiletries no soap no shower gel nothing and we asked for it and they said they would bring some, but what they did bring was some diluted liquid soap. also, there was a lot of dust except on the nightstands (on the lamp, on the desk, on the edge of the window, etc)

Location was good

old building, you can hear if someone is walking in the room beside you. Staff was not friendly. No frequent cleaning and when we asked for new sheets after 2 nights they mentioned they don’t change bed sheets ! Same with towels they don’t change it. So hygiene wise not the best experience

Great location and great staff at the property but we should have been warned about the ongoing building works which led to serious disturbance EVERY morning from about 8 am with lots of banging and use of heavy power tools I am seeking a refund on the cost of the accommodation from Booking .Com and will be prepared to pursue my claim through the Courts if necessary It was a very special occasion that took us to Paris and the place and people we met were first class but horrendously spoilt by the accommodation being blighted by on site works

C'est parfait!

It was the perfect location, just off the champs élysées, near Arc de Triumph. Family owned for almost 200 years! The owner is very friendly and the staff were wonderful. Continental breakfast of Pain au chocolat, croissants, du pain, juice, yoghurt and coffee. We had 2 rooms, both were clean, nice bathrooms and comfy beds. Rooms were larger than expected! Fabulous cafe downstairs - Owner Billy is very nice. Pharmacy, supermarket, liquor store and bar/restaurant opposite. The George V metro very close by on Champs Élysées. We came by Eurotrain, and took a taxi each way.

A sofa/chair in the lounge/dining area would be nice? Wine glasses for an evening appero would be nice?

I liked that the bed-and-breakfast was owned by a family.

When I asked for new towels, she would not give them to me. I asked for an additional pillow, would not give it to me. When I first entered the property, I said hello to the woman and because I spoke too loud, she gave me a hard time and asked me if I was American because I was loud. When we were ready to leave, they held our bags for us, which was nice, but no one offered to help us bring our bags down the flights of stairs in the small elevator, made it very difficult to come in and out of the building with luggage.

Typically French We came for a relaxing authentic break in Paris and that’s what we got and we enjoyed it Location was ideal with good local restaurants

Nice spot, lousy attitude and service

Good location and a good room size. Comfortable bed. Nice street - fairly quiet considering how close it is to L'Etoile and the Champs Elysees.

The service. I asked for an iron at around 5pm, so I could prepare to go out for dinner. The answer? No. You should have asked in the morning. I get it. This is Paris we are talking about, so you should expect the locals to be thoughtless and rude. But even for Paris, that's terrible service when you consider the price we paid for this place. It's no excuse that she told us upon arrival that "this is not a hotel, it is a family home." Ahhhhh, no m'dear. I think you'll find this is a B&B. We aren't family, and we aren't personal guests in your home. We paid to stay here. Get it together. Pillows: pretty crap, and only two of them for a king sized bed. Maybe I should have asked for more, but I wasn't sure what time of day I was permitted to ask that particular question.

We liked the location, the friendliness of the owners, very nice traditional Parisian décor and property even has a lift to aid access.

The rooms were a little bit close to other guests, and the floor boards were a bit squeaky, but nothing bad about the property whatsoever.. And would recommend.

it was really clean, perfect location, beautiful rooms, love the shutters, very quaint, perfect for a romantic getaway.

when we first got to the property it was not obvious, but friendly neighbouring bar owner helped us out.

There was no breakfast , never in august, but we did not know. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, the place was Beautifull.

We missed the towelchange, and airco would have been nice, but anyhow we sleeped well.
