The lady who met us was so helpful! Loved the lady serving breakfast, very professional, respectful and helpful. Accom was central to all we needed, trains, busses, restaurants, cafes and bars.

Very poor experience overall. The soundproofing is extremely bad—we could hear everything from other rooms. For the first time in my life, I saw a bathroom placed inside the wardrobe. Instead of a proper bathroom door, there were only wardrobe doors. This isn’t just an aesthetic issue, but a serious hygiene concern. The internet did not work at all. We sent an email and tried to explain the problem to the staff , but we never received a reply or any solution. We stayed for three nights, and the towels were never replaced. Last but not least, it’s hard to believe that people working in tourism do not speak basic English, which made communication very difficult. The breakfast was poor as well.
